"For the Birds" and "Mike's New Car"="Monsters, Inc."

"Jack-Jack Attack"="The Incredibles"

"Mater and the Ghostlight"="Cars"

(That is to say:
The short=can be seen on this DVD.)

So along with this new Pixar Shorts DVD coming out that day, so will Cars Blu-Ray and Ratatouille. Very interesting as to why they decided to release it all on the same day. Hopefully stores will have a huge discount if you buy all three at once!

This sounds like a great set! I'm a fan of Pixar Shorts, so I'll be picking this up. Also glad to read about the Surf's Up DVD on October 9th!!

Dare I wonder if we'll get an unaltered Knick Knack? Or maybe even get it in 3D (with accompanying polarizing glasses)? One would think there would be PLENTY of room on the disc to even give us all variations of this short. Dare I suggest a Pixar "From the Vault" DVD menu?

Or an eater egg. Considering the small base of Blu-ray right now I would think it is a possibility. DVD, no way.

I think this will make a really cool addition to my Pixar collection. I'm sure there will be fun outtakes and other bonus features too that will make it a worth while purchase. Can't wait to see how this DVD shapes up.

Glad to see Tin Toy and Luxo Jr will be available again as a lot of people missed out on "Ultimate Toy Box" and they were curiously left off the recent 2-disc sets.

An eater egg? Hmmm....I wonder...can you eater an easter egg? LOL!

Anyway, I can't wait to pick this up. Even though I have a majority (if not all) of these, I will still add this to my collection.

If I have all of the Pixar films on DVD, including the Toy Story Ultimate Toy Box, what am I missing?

No you can't! Well ... unless you want to get sick ...

But YAY! This is like ... exciting news ... I am definitely picking up this collection ...

The Pixar shorts have never disappointed ...

*thinks to myself :: why has it taken so long for Disney to start making their own animated shorts ???*

 It was lunchtime when I posted.

Lifted is on this set causing some people to wonder if they might stop putting the shorts on the dvds, and now Blu-rays, but I can't imagine them doing that. I read somewhere that Ratatouille is also streeting Nov. 6. If so 11/6/07 is a huge Pixar day.

I found this on Animated News.

It seems to come from a French Disney Blu-Ray site.

Well the bonus features for the UK release have been passed by the BBFC and indicate the answer is yes.
