The Aristocats 2-Disc Masterpiece Edition?

Excuse me, but do you think "The Aristocats" is going to be a 2-Disc Masterpiece Edition like "Alice in Wonderland" that is released in January 2004?

Do you think the slipcover will be shiny or 3d? I hope it comes with previews. By the way, when is that rumored Chicken Little box set coming out like the platinum box set for the lion king that came out in 2003? I think it was October that year...

Every once in a while if you didn't get the DVD, "The Aristocats" is still on Toon Disney.

kind of a waste to make an edition to only have one disc for it. :roll:

It was probably just a name they gave it. I never knew why people thought the Masterpiece Edition was a whole wave of DVDs. Looking back, I think Disney made Alice in Wonderland's DVD title in the same spirit as the "Most Wanted Edition," the "Friendship Edition," and the "Groovin' Jazz Edition" ( :P ), except "The Masterpiece Edition" just happened to be a good name.

well if it was just a name why didn't they just call it Alice in Wonderland: Wacky/ Wonderful Edition?

Please refrain from cluttering the forum with this kind of inanity. There's a perfectly fine thread on the delayed Aristocats: Special Edition thread that could be used and it's mindless threads like this that have surely encouraged many valuable members to leave the forum.
