Happiest Millionaire availability?

Post by Billy Moon »

Are there any online stores that still have The Happiest Millionaire in stock, or are there any hopes for a re-release in the near future?
I bought a region 1 compatible DVD player no too long ago (I live in Europe) and HM is one of the movies I would have wanted to buy. But it seems to be out of print... I don't want to pay 30 dollars for a used one.

Direct Video seems to have the Roadshow Version, but whether it's actually in stock I don't know:

Same goes for Canadian e-tailer DVD Box Office:

If they did, I can't imagine they'd give us anything better than the Anchor Bay flipper, which was widescreen and the Roadshow cut, unfortunately.

Thanks, everybody.
I read some reviews of the DVD and it seems to be quite a poor transfer, and non-anamorphic as well...
But then again, it would be better than nothing. I haven't seen the film at all yet.

Hey didn't you hear. Disney just released the Road Show Edition. This is great news for you Disney Fans Out There.

Read Lukes Review. and Buy It Today. But where is the commentary? By Lesley, and John ?
