Here we go less than one month until Return of the King

December 17 one of the best movie series in recent years maybe ever will come to it's thrilling conclusion. What is you level of excitement for ROTK? When do plan on seeing it? Is anyone going to Trilogy Tuesday? Look forward to your answers.

No trilogy Tuesday, but I am hoping to go to a midnight showing of ROTK. If I can't do that I'll see it the 17th. Or both. And then I'll be seeing it again the 19thy and maybe that weekend too.

December 17, 2003, 12:00 Noon.

And then again and again as many times as I can see it, I'm sure.

Nobody wants to go to the midnight showing with me, so I guess I'm stuck going on the 17th, at 10:30 AM.

Over the weekend (next weekend), I plan on reserving a ticket for a showing on the opening Wednesday, after 3 (because I have finals until then). I'm really looking forward to it! Return of the King for Best Picture! :)

I'm actually seeing it two weeks early - December 4th at 6:30, baby! :D

The producer, Barrie Osborne, went to Carleton College here in Minnesota. So for the past two years he's shown the films a few weeks early as a benefit for his hometown school. So my friend and I snatched up a couple tickets and are heading downtown to see it Thursday! ^__^
There's also a reception in the Borders store after the film - boy, that's gonna be one happy flock of Ringers!

And you know, I'm not a big Lord of the Rings fan, nor am I an easy crier - but I'm bringing a little pack of Kleenex just in case! *sob* Why does it have to end?!

Looking forward to it.
I had to see TTT alone last year but looks like I have a buddy willing to go with me this year. My wife would rather stay home and clean the entire house than sit for three hours through this kind of film.

I also couldn't find a way to the midnight show. I have ordered tickets for noon opening day though. And although Trilogy Tuesday is sold out ( :( ), I am still planning on seeing the extended version of The Two Towers on the 13th or 14th. I would go see the extended version of The Fellowship of the Ring this weekend, but I'm too busy. Oh well, as long as I see it opening day.

Me and a friend are going on December 17th at 6:30PM to catch it. I have Reserved Seating, so no need to arrive hours early just to get a decent seat.

I am highly anticipating the movie. I am extremely excited, and can't wait.

Saw it yesterday. Eeee!! Veddy, veddy good. It was kinda surreal to see it all end. They had it on a bit loud, but it sort of worked after a while - like you'd expect the batttles to be that deafening. :P

Spoiler-ish stuff below!!

Battles = excellent. Shelob = I'm not scared of spiders, but she was indeed quite creepy!! Witch King and Fell Beasts = love!! Oliphaunts = veddy cool. Filled with heavy stuff, but they had a good sprinkling of humor - this time coming from Pippin and Gimli equally.

I could probably wait until the crowds die down to see it again - but it was, I repeat, an excellent film! ^_^
