I was just wondering because, may be, someone from region 2 could scan the Rescuers insert for me or something...

Yes, the Rescuers in the UK has an insert. I think it's 4-sided.

here is rare have an insert diferrent than the chapter list.

i ever don´t consider it like an insert.
