Disney Movie Rewards Codes Missing!

Fox and the Hound and Fox 2 were missing code inserts. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm just annoyed because of the inconvenience with faxing documentation in to prove it to the Rewards team for the points.

This happened to me in the High School Musical Remix edition. Go to the DMR website and there's an area where it tells you to send your proof of purchase to the HQ and they'll send you a code through e-mail.

i just noticed this...i got my fox and the hound 2 yesterday and it had absolutely no inserts at all...i was kinda sad cause i had the rewards page up and everything, i opened the case and nothing. 8-(

I did not get the code in my copy of Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest that I received yesterday from the Disney Movie Club. It seems rather sloppy and unprofessional of them to put out so many discs with missing codes.

That happened to me too... I forget if it was Fox and the Hound 2 or just Fox and the Hound, but whichever it was was missing the Rewards sheet.
Wonder if it is a quality control issue.
