Best Sauces
The following are what I would consider to be the best sauces ever made. To be considered a sauce, you must be added to a food item after it is 100% edible. The purpose of the sauce is to make the food better.
1. A-1
2. Classico Fire Roasted Tomoato and Garlic
3. Ketchup
4. Ranch dressing
5. White sauce from Japanese restaurants
6. Vinegar sauce to add on eastern NC bbq
If you haven't tried any of these yet, you are missing out on the finer things in life.

I like honey mustard a lot, though it needs to be honey and mayonnaise-heavy, not mustard-heavy. Not a fan of A-1 (but then not really a fan of steak). As for salad dressings, any kind of vinaigrette is usually my choice.

I'll usually try anything once. My favorites would have to be
Sweet n Sour
Gaucamole
HEB salsa (I dont know how to explain it...they have the best salsa
)
Honey Mustard
Ranch
And I hate ketchup.

For non-Americans, I think it is worth pointing out that 'ranch dressing' is "made of buttermilk or sour cream, mayonnaise, minced green onion, and other seasonings mixed into a sauce." I remember being at the airport in Hong Kong and hearing an American ask a poor Burger King clerk for about 5 minutes if they had any ranch dressing. Aside from the minor language barrier, the condiment is not really known outside the US (certainly not in Australia anyways). We found the whole incident quite amusing.
As for sauces, it depends on what I'm eating.
For your fajitas, salad roll, falafel roll or any kind of wrap, I'm a sweet chilli sauce or salsa kind of guy.
For burgers (vege burgers, of course), I'm a barbeque sauce kind of person, but the sweet chilli still gets a look in occasionally.
Sushi/bento - soy sauce and wasabi.
For big hot chips (or fries as I guess you call them in America - everything that comes from a potato is a chip here
), tomato sauce is the only way to go.

I use more ketchup than anyone I know. But only Heinz. Everything else just tastes bland.
Apart from that, tabasco gets frequent use on much of my food, from pizza to macaroni and cheese.

Jules: You know the shows on TV?
Vincent: I don't watch TV.
Jules: Yeah, but, you are aware that there's an invention called television, and on this invention they show shows, right?

Horseradish! One teaspoon of that stuff will make you cry so it adds a great zip to a sandwich, bratwurst and hamburger. Wasabi can do the same but it's tough to say which is more intense but I love both of those intense flavors.
I remember one time I was in an Asian restaurant and my friends ordered some egg rolls that came with about 2 teaspoons of wasabi. So my friends like to dare me so they said "Aaron, we'll give you a dollar if you eat that whole dab of wasabi." I said okay and like it was a shoot of whiskey I swallowed the whole thing; I didn't chew but man I started crying and my nose was all runny and what not. The things I do for a buck.

I knew this kid that would not eat anything unless it had ketchup on it - breakfast cereal, ice cream - nothing unless it had ketchup on it. Still grosses me out.

I put mustard on pretty much everything I eat. I mix it with ketchup on my ham/cheeseburgers.
I also mix salad dressings - Catalina, Italian, and Ranch, and sometimes Raspberry Vinegarettes (whatever is in the fridge).
If ever I'm eating with someone and sweet & sour sauce is on the table, I try to use it on something- but I never eat it without mixing it with barbecue sauce.

Ranch Dressing, i like it with salad, cheesesticks, pizza, and a couple of other things.
Mayonassie, i take it with burgers and fries, i hate it when people say it's gross with fries and everything in general.
Kecthup, anything it goes on normaly i'll eat it. i have a classmate called kecthup.
the sauce on in n' out.
BBQ, on BBQ related stuff and burgers.
Sweet and Sour sauce on chinese food only.
i also like mixing Mayo and Ketchup together sometimes.
Chocolate sauce, i'll take it with different things like pancakes and milk.
the ones i hate are mustard and relish. i hate it when people always put mustard on there food and say it's delious.
