Has anyone get a DVD with a missing Movie Rewards card?
Hi,
I just bought the 25th anniversary of Fox and the Hound. When I opened it up to get to the Movie Rewards card, there was nothing there... just the slip that discusses the chapter headings. This was a sealed DVD that I bought from Best Buy. Has anyone else run into this and was Disney willing to provide wou with a code?

It's more fun when we're number 1!

My High School Musical Remix edition didn't have the slip.
Just call them or e-mail them (number and e-mail can be found on the disney movie reward website) about it.
You'll end up mailing in or faxing a copy of your reciept with some of your information on it. It took them awhile to accredit the points to my account though. Just e-mail them again if it's been a while

The above it what is stated on the Disney Movie Rewards webiste Frequently Asked Questions section. Here is the link to the FAQ and I think all you need to do is scroll down and fill out the mini form. Also do keep the Fox and the hound box as they may want the UPC code from the back of the box either that or the original reciept...What if the Disney DVD or Blu-ray disc I purchased is on the Eligible Movies Page but is missing the Disney Movie Rewards code?

My FatH:25AE didn't have a certificate inside. I've contacted them, so hopefully they'll send me one.

yes you can. scan a copy of the back of the case and mail it to them and they will email you a code.rs_milo_whatever wrote:my That's So Suite Life of Hannah Montana came without the codes, i lost the receipt so i can't do a thing about it.
I was wondering if anyone had the fax number? I lost it and I got two more that dont have codes so I need to fax in my receipt for one and the copy of the back case for the other. I ought to put the fax number in my cell phone for as often as they forget the codes lol
