Wouldn't it be great if they released the three classic 90-minute Disney Channel Specials from the 80's on a future Walt Disney Treasure Volume.
I am speaking of course about:
Disney's Halloween Treat
A Disney Channel Christmas
and From Disney with Love (Valentines)
They really should do that even though the individual cartoons have already been released. Its just so much better when they are all compiled on one special with the special theme. It will NEVER happen but I would love it.

This is actually something that I've always wanted to see - a proper Disney holiday special collection.
Given that the Treasures seem to be confined to the 'Walt era' Disney, this idea might better suit the newish Legacy line, as they will be doing things on the theme parks, and other lengthier material could be squeezed in there. (Mind you, by all rights, the last wave of Legacy should have been in the Treasures category).
A Very Disney Holiday Season that wasn't a random collection of shorts would be something I'd get wholly behind.

I used to love these and tape them. I don't know if I would by them all unless they were gathered in a collection, but I at least would want the Halloween and Christmas stuff. There are also the DTV Halloween and Valentine programs, though I know folks say those would be too hard to release. They could do something major with Christmas, since they have the Candlelight Ceremony, the Disney Channel Christmas, and I think even a couple of others, and it would be nice if they included an uncut version of Small One too. I wouldn't even mind them double dipping "Mickey's Christmas Carol," as long as nothing else was left out to include it. It would be convenient to have all that stuff together.

Original lyrics were "We only cheat a little if we must". Later releases on VHS and DVD have the politically correct lyrics "We work a little harder if we must".UrsushH.Bear wrote:So. . .what's cut in Small One? this is the DVD release I assume.
