Splash Mountain Dialogue
Does anyone know what the dialogue is for Disneyland's Splash Mountain?

Do you need this for a project, or to satisfy your own curiosity because a couple searches didn't turn up anything?
I don't want to give this link, as it only encourages making posts asking people to do searches for you rather than finding it yourself, but here is SongoftheSouth.net's page about Splash Mountain, which contain lyrics to the songs, but no dialogue, though intercothas a 5-minute ride video where you can hear some of the dialogue.

What do you mean, finding it myself?!? You mean you want to find out on my own! And ride videos are of little help because A) you're going by too fast to catch everything and B) the music and noise is a bit loud! If I posted this once, I posted this a thousand times, I DON'T NO LYRICS, SEE!!Escapay wrote:Do you need this for a project, or to satisfy your own curiosity because a couple searches didn't turn up anything?

Yes. It's much easier to do a search on your own than to constantly come here, make a post, and have people do the work for you. Even if it takes a couple hours of variations on "Splash Mountain attraction dialogue" or "Splash Mountain script", etc., it's time better spent than waiting for a reply that may never have what you want.Big Disney Fan wrote:What do you mean, finding it myself?!? I meant, "I don't want any lyrics". I forgot the "want" part. Sometimes, I forget, so please forgive me.Escapay wrote:Yes. Also, searching on my own could take even longer than simply waiting a little while for a response. Top that one, what dontcha!

Why ask other people to waste their time for your benefit? Searching the internet may take longer than you want, but is always a helluva lot easier than always having to rely on other people to constantly point you in the right direction. That goes for both any internet search and forum searches. You're not five years old. We're not expected to lead you around everywhere and hold your hand saying, "You need this? We'll get it for you, just ask".
The last time you made an odd request, a lot of people helped out, and you still were asking, "No, I want something like this, not this." It was for pictures of trios, and you had really NO use for them other than "I'm just curious as to various pictures out there". It was a waste of my time, of their time, and ultimately what was there to show for it? A reason of pure insanity.

Then what am I supposed to do, huh? I'll NEVER be able to find anything without help. Search options do nothing at all; they just give me the runaround. Also, what is it about "odd requests" that you find so offensive, hmm? Where else can I go to put this down? As for that part about "pure insanity", I'm just very particular, that's all! That's all! THAT'S ALL! YOU WANT ME TO SCREAM AND YELL A LOT?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!? HUH???!?!??!??!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!Escapay wrote:Big Disney Fan wrote:Also, searching on my own could take even longer than simply waiting a little while for a response. *takes breath*
I'm sorry, I'm just really agitated that I can't seem to find anything I want these days. And that "odd request" as you called it wasn't really pure insanity, I just wanted to do something. I couldn't find what I wanted on my own, so I figured maybe you could help.

Nothing offensive, I'm just annoyed by the mere fact that you ask us for these random things that you claim you can't find yourself (or you've searched enough and now expect others to search for you). Maybe it's just my stigma for using the search option, but a lot of things you ask for can easily be found without always relying on other people to find it for you.Big Disney Fan wrote:What is it about "odd requests" that you find so offensive, hmm? Look were getting off-topic. Can we please get back on topic? I will post our arguments in the feedback page.Escapay wrote:Nothing offensive, I'm just annoyed by the mere fact that you ask us for these random things that you claim you can't find yourself (or you've searched enough and now expect others to search for you). because Its from disney and you have to pay money to even advertise disney. my mom does cakes for people and she had to pay to put mickey mouse on a cake and it was like $100 to do it! So it probably cost money!Big Disney Fan wrote:How is putting up dialogue from entertainment resources illegal?tinkerbell88 wrote:hey,

Then maybe you're not looking hard enough. I have downloaded the dialogue from WDW's Splash Mountain and when I have the time, I will upload them for all to see.tinkerbell88 wrote:well its hard to find on the internetjwa1107 wrote:it only costs money if you are making money by using someone else's trademarked or copyrighted work(s)
posting ride dialogue on the internet generally would not be for-profit and thus not illegal
