No, all copies of the 2 Disc came with the book in the box.

oh well, i'll just have to do without them, unless I can find a cheap book and box seperatly

Well, at least here in Sweden, the 2-disc edition was sold with the UK packaging, ratings and all, but we didn't get the book. Only the first disc had Swedish language extras and dubbing, the second disc was the same as the UK one.

Wait, so in the
Swedish release you only got one disc in Swedish and the other disc was only in English?!
