Yep, they speak the truth. A bunch of 2-disc "Special Editions" coming out next year:

January - Alice in Wonderland - "The Masterpiece Edition"
May - Lilo & Stitch - "The Masterpiece Edition"?
TBA - Pocahontas - "The Masterpiece Edition"
October - Aladdin - "Platinum Edition"

While not under any line, "The Lion King 1 1/2" will definitely be getting 2-disc treatment in February. "The Lion King II" might around August when it is re-released, "Mary Poppins" will get Vault-like 2-disc 60th Anniversary treatment next summer, and "Brother Bear" will probably get 2-disc treatment sometime next spring.

Don't be surprised if Brother Bear is single disc at first,then becomes two disc.
