Princess Beauty contest - Round 4, casual wear

Post by Mermaid Kelly »

Ok, round four is who has the coolest casual wear? Since most of the princesses have more than one outfit, I'll specify which ones to vote for.
Snow White - her yellow and blue dress
Aurora - her purple dress
Cinderella - her brown "rags"
Belle - her blue dress
Ariel - her mermaid tail and shell bra
Jasmine - her aqua pants

Round three, formal wear is also going on now, so make sure to check that one out, too! :)

I pick Ariel...it would be cool to have a sparkly tail and swim in the ocean. :)

Belle - her blue dress. It's simple, attractive and she looks so beautiful in it!
Inigo: I do not mean to pry, but you don't by any chance happen to have six fingers on your right hand?
Westley: Do you always begin conversations this way?

Inigo: You seem a decent fellow. I hate to kill you.
Westley: You seem a decent fellow. I hate to die.

Probably Jasmine's aqua pants-she's the only human princess allowed to actually dress like a princess, so all her clothes are elegant.

But technically, Belle's green and pink dresses are casual, and they're almost as nice as her gold one.

Belle. Her blue dress is nicely put together and classic in its simplicity. Of course, it probably helps that she was one of the few princesses that actually might have had a choice of what to wear.

I think IggieKuzco and Basil's interests in Ariel's clothing hint back to the original seductive sirens and mermaids as they were meant to be portrayed. :P

That's right! Belle actually had a choice! All Disney characters (especially princesses) never have more than 2-3 outfits. Belle is one of the first that we actually see change her clothes (well, not really changing her clothes -that would be too controversial. but we do see her wearing different dresses.
She has:

Blue everyday dress (with or without apron; with or without rolled up sleeves)
Green dress (which she wears in the library)
Pink dress
(in Something There)
Golden gown (needless to explain).

PLus, she has a variety of cloaks. She has:
the brown cloak (which she wears when she's riding Phillipe)
the red, fur-lined cloak (which she wears in Something There)

Plus, in the Enchanted Christmas:
fur-lined coat (while skating)
fur-lined coat with matching skirt (when going to get the tree)

WHAT A WARDROBE!

Now compare her to Snow White who has a dress and a pair of rags!

Snow White. Yellow rox! And goes great with her black hair and brown eyes.
