I am new to this board and i am windering if there are any fees to posting messages.

Yep, it's 50 cents a message. Cough it up or else!

Just kidding, of course. The serious answer is that there is no fee to use the forum, but we do ask for members to make efforts to give back when they can, by being conscious of ads, buying through our designated affiliate links, etc., etc. Sadly, most don't.
