ANYONE WHO HAD PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS? HELP!!!

A few times of when I ordered three copies of the same title I got only one of each of them,but I was charged in full. How can I prove it? Help!!! :x :? :shock:

If it were me, I'd keep everything that I'd been sent. Then i'd ring them up, explain the situation, and if they doubt your story, you'll have your statement which will show how much has been taken from your account.

All you have to do is call them. If your invoice shows a quantity of "3", so will their computers. Plus, I'm sure they can look up your payment history and see that you paid for 3 of something. Someone at the warehouse probably looked at the invoice too quickly and made a mistake. Just call them and have them ship out two more.
