Post by Lucylover1986 »

Welcome to another Survivor game. This one will decide which movie was the best of the 2005 Winter movie season. Included will be all movies which had a wide release or expanded to a wide release, meaning playing in about 600 or more theaters, anytime from December 2005 through the first half of February 2006.

Even though it wasn't king at the box office many predicted it would be it still was the one of the best pictures of all of last year. Even though Narnia is great it still is no match for King Kong which deserves to win.

I think we all know what I'll pick!

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Best film in the winter of 2005! :)

Besides, it's a Disney film!

Sorry, Timon! Kong was vanquished in the other game, but here it's going to get its moment in the sun.

King Kong crushes the competition!

This game is now over. Overcoming many obstacles including gay cowboys & a giant ape the winner of the winter movies survivor is:

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Congrats to the film. One of the best for sure of the whole year in fact.

The next edition of my surivor series will be of course the Spring movies covering everything released from the second half of February through April. This will begin then in early May. I hope everyone reading this will be sure to join in.
