I remember seeing the first few episodes of Futurama, yet thanks to subsequent craptacular scheduling on Channel 4, I didn't really see the series that much. I've since got into the series and have Season 1 on DVD, so I'm happy to see that the show is making a comeback. If Family Guy was allowed to return, then Futurama should be allowed to, and it looks as though it's happening now. Let's just hope that these new episodes will get play at decent hours on terrestrial TV. Unlikely, but still...

http://billywest.com/forum/forum_posts. ... =billywestGuys,
I'm sorry I gave inaccurate info on the cartoon.I was told on one end that the
TV show was a go but DXC enlightened me (with a hammer) that this was
not the case.I think there is a Futurama project as in DVD's but I appearently
had bad info. But I do live to give good Futurama news to people. So I must've
died or something.
All eyes on the skies,
Billy

Hopefully the straight to DVD's projects will happen at least. If those can post huge sales then next year maybe the show will come back.TM2-Megatron wrote:Guys,

Looks like Comedy Central has order 13 new episodes for Futurama for 2008 and has rights to show it's 72 episodes reruns.
