Yu-Gi-Oh! is becoming a movie.Bad news,eh?Even worse,it's coming out August 13,2004.No wonder August is one of the turkey months.Even even worse, only horror movies should on Friday the 13th.You never thought it would happen.Protest to Warner Bros. this instant and stop the release of this movie, now!

G'Day!

Ugh...

Yu-Gi-Oh reminds me of three things: 1) the card game that all the freshmen/sophomore guys at school play during lunch. 2) the game and show my sister plays and watches. 3) the incredibly immature and unsane fanfic author I got into a row with on copyright issues. (I prefer "unsane" compared to "insane" because this particular fic author gives insanity a bad reputation.)

News of a YGO movie reminds me of #3--hordes of amateur fanfic authors (especially girls) who "like to explore their dark side" through imaginary "friends" and a silly card game. (No offense to my sister, the card-playing guys at my school, and anyone on this board who actually play YGO.)

Honestly I'm surprised it's taken this long to get one out there. This has been huge for about a year-and-a-half. Heck, it could be a dying fad by next August and the movie could really bomb.
