I was surfing the internet when I thought I should finally find out when The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is going to be released here in Norway. So I went over to my lokal cinemas internet page and look at their upcoming movies. If you havn't read the header of this page you probably will be surprised that the movie my eye was drawn to wasn't the new Narnia movie, but the one and only Lady and the Tramp! It is re-relesed in cinemas November 4th this year, and for me, who actually havn't seen the movie before, it will be great to see it for the first time in the cinema!
Oh, and Narnia is released December 26th, so that wasn't so good news, I want it December 9th! Oh, and we are also getting Bambi 2 in cinemas February 24th!
Lady and the Tramp re-released in cinemas (in Norway)!

This is a curious marketing strategy... rereleasing animated classics on theaters before it hits DVD stores. The funny thing is that it is only been done in selected countries, like "Cinderella", which has been theatrically rereleased in France.
Well, luck you guys from such countries (here in Brazil we didn´t even get the theatrical rerelease of "The Lion King"...).
