Worst CGI Ever?
From Animated-Movies:
Is This A (Bad) Joke?
'Cabel' notes that the creator of the critically panned Believe In Santa--a project which by some unexplained miracle managed to attract top voice talents such as Jodi Benson (The Little Mermaid's Ariel), Nancy Cartwright (The Simpsons' Bart) and Paige O'Hara (Beauty and the Beast's Belle)--is back in business... And you won't believe your eyes when you start watching the neverending trailer for Wolf Tracer's Dinosaur Island II, which is so bad it's guaranteed to make you laugh! Mark Hamill proves once and for all he would agree to about any paying voice job by having his name attached to this gem. Do check it out!

Guys, this is bad. Just about equal to a mid-PSOne game. Watch and laugh!

Read on, and see why Wolf Tracer Pictures could be the next Pixar!
So now we know why Treasure Planet didn't do well at the box office - people were confusing it with Wolf Tracer's version!Wolf Tracer Pictures wrote:From: Colin Slater (wolftrac@sure.net)

Wolf Tracer Pictures was recently engaged to produce "The New Adventures
Of Sherlock Holmes".
The series will be based on eighty-five episodes of the Sherlock Holmes
radio series
originally broadcast in the 1940’s. Name, likeness and the voices of
Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce have been secured.
Prior to Wolf Tracer’s development of its animation system 1995-’96
computer animation paralleled hand-drawn animation. Both required the
artist to painstakingly create original artwork on a frame by frame
basis. Although some systems have the ability to interpolate movement
between key frames, they sill require the artist to arduously recreate
keyframe artwork when changing the animation.
Wolf Tracer Wizards on the other hand think in terms of movement not
frames, providing a much more intuitive and natural method of creating
Animations. They simply specify commands for the characters and actors
to follow and the software automatically generates animation. Also a
change in command is instantly recognized and implemented. The speed
and ease of use of this system allows the artists, directors, background
painters, musicians and dialogue writers to work on a project all at the
same time.
"The revolution is Here"!
Traditional techniques require that music and dialogue are recorded
first, followed by months of pencil test, ink and painting. With the
latter processes taking place in a foreign country final assembly has
always been a hit and miss affair.
Wolf Tracer Wizards can create a trial shot, often, in less than fifteen
minutes music can be written to this shot as can sound and dialogue. If
its a close up, lip synching phonemes may be applied at the click of a
mouse. The Wolf Tracing System releases artistic creativity as never
before.
For Holmes & Watson "The New Adventures ". Wolf Tracer Studios will
general their "Wizards" to a fast paced highly creative track.
Production time is estimated to be nine months for the first thirteen
episodes.

Wolf Tracer Pictures are often scary but never violent!
Formed by veteran animation / music producer Colin Slater, WTP has
analyzed the animation production process and improved it.
Traditionally, a single background painting takes 3-4 weeks to produce.
Five seconds of character animation takes 150 drawings, 150 Xerox copies
and 150 ink and paintings. WTP can produce either of those tasks in less
than 30 minutes.
With this advent of speed WTP character designers, animators and writers
can see their work build, almost before their eyes, allowing them to
spend more time on the creative process and less on the mechanics. This
speed coupled with the fact that all the work is done in one place (90%
of television animation is produced in the Far East) allows WTP to
produce films in quantity while maintaining quality.
WTP currently has 25 films in development and /or preproduction.
Marketing: WTP has entered into distribution arrangements for USA,
Canada and Europe. The first two are with long standing companies who
specialize in supermarket checkout counter distribution. With a three
month lead-time WTP and its distributors will deliver a new film every
month. Unsold units will later be shipped to video stores for rental and
sell through. Through the weekend a different,WTP film, will play on
local television with the advertising spots being utilized to promote
the supermarkets carrying this weeks selection. To encourage the
collection of WTP films, in addition to the main feature, each cassette
will also contain a 7 minute segment of an on going serial "Raider Of
Lost Inventions" . A follow up CD-ROM game will again promote the films
and link to the Internet for clues and prizes based on the storylines.
Other games, recordings and toys will follow as popularity increases.
European marketing will be based out of Holland and focus on the
presentation of the library of films to television and video buyers at
the main festivals throughout the year.
