BRAVE LITTLE TOASTER PROBLEMS

Post by goof ball »

I purchased The Brave Little Toaster and tonight when I went to view it the film is all messed up. every second or so of the WHOLE flim the back ground picture jerks down and to the right slightly. After the opening title I was seriously motion sick. Has anyone else had this problem or is it possible that I just got a stinky copy. I was wondering because if they are all like this i will just take it back and not exchange it. Thanks

My toaster was playing up too.

But it turned out all the crumbs had been festering at the bottom.

So you tip it up and lightly bang the bottom of it, and...

Oh, wait. The DVD.

Sorry my bad....*

I seriously doubt they'd release a DVD with that kind of a picture problem. It would be a nightmare. Someone would have caught it, anyways. You just got a bad copy, I'd guess. Take it back and exchange it for a new one.

I would exchange it for a new one. if the new one is bad then try a complete other disc in your library to see if it is not the DVD player acting up. If not and it is the disc, then I would call customer support and tell them you got a bad disc and when you returned it the new one was bad. Maybe they have already gotten some calls.

Good luck!

LMAO @ Loomis!

That sounds like a DVD problem rather than a player problem. One of my DVDs started acting up like that (although not nearly as much as yours did) and once I exchanged it, it worked fine.

:( Sorry  Just ignore me and maybe I'll go away...

...or become a model poster! And serve the board better by..

Ah...fuggetit. I think it would be easier to leave :D

On a more serious note, I would also suggest that you try and exchange the disc for another, Goof, and if that still doesn't work contact Disney and they might send out a disc that has known problems 'fixed'.

I get that a lot. I should come with a warning label.

I see how it is...I'll just go rot away at the Feedback board that no one goes to. I shall spend the rest of my years, there, pondering on my rash actions. Farewell. ::leaves, looks over his shoulder, everyone just stares at him:: I'm going, now...::walks, looks over shoulder, they're still staring at him:: I'M REALLY GOING, NOW!!! ::looks again, no response:: WILL YOU PEOPLE STOP ME, ALEADY?!?! :P
