As for hoping you can get SW, BatB, or SB, those go over $30 each. Unless you get lucky.

But seriously,
Toy Story, Beauty and the Beast, The Great Mouse Detective, and The Incredibles With an emphasis on the first three, since The Incredibles is still relatively available.

Welcome to the forums, man. Hope you have fun here.

I say that if you find Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, or Beauty and the Beast miraculously somewhere, nab that sucker right there on the spot. If not, some other great DVD's worthy of purchase are:
Alice in Wonderland: Masterpiece Edition
Pocahontas: 10th Anniversary Edition
Mary Poppins: 40th Anniversary Edition
Any of Pixar's DVD's

I think the first im going to get hold of will either be Alice in Wonderland or Pocahontas... If I see Beauty + The Beast or snow white anywhere of course I will get that but i seriously doubt i will...

Yeeeah, I don't think you will be finding Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, or Sleeping Beauty in stores. They're really rare. But maybe it depends on where you live..
My dad bought me a Sleeping Beauty Special Edition dvd for Christmas that he found in an FYE store that was somewhat hidden in a mall. That store also had a wide Disney VHS selection. Also, when I was in a Best Buy, looking for a Peter Pan dvd, my dad saw Beauty and the Beast Special Edition dvd, but I didn't start collecting Disney dvds--including Beauty and the Beast-- until 1 or 2 weeks later! Then it was gone.
I've also seen the Peter Pan Special Edition dvd at an independent dvd & music store..but I didn't have any money for it then.
So to sum that up, try going to less popular or independent stores and also..if you see a Disney dvd that is extremely hard to find--BUY IT! Or else you'll be hitting yourself later.

Good choices. I'd pick any one of those to spend the money on. But if you are willing to pay more, then splurge the money for BatB, it's well worth it.
But it also depends on what disney movie you think is good. These titles are just our opinions.

Maybe you could join the DMC! (Disney movie Club) a recent thread under General Discussion (and the DMC forum as well) have a list of all the ones on sale until August 28. You get a bunch free when you first sign up too so you're not breaking the bank initially and you have two years to finish your commitment. I've found it to be a great club and a great deal.
Joining DMC or not, I'd recommend:
Pirates of the Caribbean (pick it up at Target until July 9th for only 10 bucks!!)
Alice in Wonderland
Mary Poppins
Finding Nemo
Pocahontas
Hold off on the OOP's unless you miraculously find one used or something. There are a lot of bootlegs going around ebay so I don't know if you'd want to waste your time there. You also didn't say how much money you're going to have to put towards DVDs so you should take advantage of the ones that are out now. There are a lot of good ones out there!!

As far as I know, you like Pixar movies, right? Well then you should probably get them since they're mostly great DVD's. The Incredibles(the film) stinks in my opinion. But I think you'll probably like it. Good picture and sound
