Wow, I had no idea my siggy would get so much attention.
Thank you so much everyone.
And I agree Prudence about the appreciation of the Cinderella sequels. I thought 2 was fairly good, except for the bad animation at times, but I loved the story of Anastasia and the Baker for the reasons I said. I was just really surprised that for one of the first times in a Disney film, a plain looking girl and a heavyset guy actually find romance together with one another. Romance is usually reserved for mostly only the pretty people in the films.
Besides the parallels between our relationship with Anastasia and the Baker, it has added meaning to me as Cinderella is my gf's favorite princess.
And I adore your signature, enigmawing! It looks great.

ALL of the sigs are awesome and magnificent!
Enigma: I just love how you fit all of the characters, including Giselle and Tiana.
Nick: Awesome Tekken sig! I already have the game reserved and can't wait to play it
.
PrincePhilip: Yeah, the first sequel had some fun stories, just presented in a very poor manner. But the third movie was definitely the best and its great it acknowledge the love story between Ana and the baker.

We've reached the final week. I'm glad to be switching from Stella to Bloom, because Stella didn't match well with Prudence at all whereas Bloom could pass for a member of her family into the future. Maybe Anastasia Tremaine is in Bloom's lineage, too, since she's got the red hair and does have her moments of feeling plain and second-rate. The young lady now residing in my signature is Bloom. She is, in many regards, a typical girl next door and also the lead character. Unlike most lead characters, Bloom was able to draw me into her series. In the first episode I watched, I thought that Princess Stella was the lead and Bloom was her sidekick with the voice of reason. It was a nice surprise to learn that Bloom was the star; I do like well-grounded leads, and while Bloom can be overconfident (in other words, insecure and masking insecurity with overconfidence) and self-righteous at times, she is sincere in all her pledges of loyalty. She grew up poor, but it was her determination and drive that earned her the life she has now, her leadership positions, and her state of still being alive.
Instead of song lyrics, Bloom gets a quote from Mulan that I feel suits the character.
The plan was for me to count down until the new episodes were finally released after a hiatus from April to September. Sadly for the fans, it was announced three days ago that the producers postponed the return to October, so this countdown came too early.
On another note, Tim, there is another coupling in Cinderella II that I like and the reason I have double copies of the VHS and both DVD versions. Take a wild guess as to who they are. (;

That's hot.

That was one of my thoughts. Since you asked, I will. I'll go through the female villains, minus the one that tried to kill Griselda because that bitch was atrocious and made only for the movie and she specifically tried to kill Griselda. Then I'll go through a few minor female characters. For some reason, I don't feel like using the males.Nick Bryant wrote:Yes, I was. Could you not make more weekly ones up until October...?Prudence wrote:If you're talking to me, then I thank you. I have no idea what I'm going to use for a signature next Friday, though. I might simply keep this one.

Wondy brought this to my attention via facebook so I figured I'd make it official:
As of now, Wonderlicious (a.k.a. Joe) is the Official Caretaker of WTF and is allowed to use it in his signature until I say otherwise.

So, here's Wondy's selection for his first WTF as OCoWTF:

jpanimation: If he's complaining about HD exposing film faults, then his head would explode seeing the original 35mm print with the full resolution.

Minor character time! Look just a few posts above for further explanation. First off, we have Mirta, a witch and fairy mixed blood who doesn't fit in much anywhere because she's always too much one way or another. That doesn't stop her from speaking her mind and trying to help. Unfortunately, she's weak in body. Second, we have a lovely girl named Alice who deserves more than one episode of real screen time and stands a chance of getting it very soon. Third is Griselda, a strict disciplinarian who doesn't take shit from anyone, graduates of her school or otherwise, is an expert defense artist, and has a softer protective side that mellows her out over the seasons. Her official voice is Franca Lumachi, also the voice of Prudence in the Cinderella sequels' Italian dubs.
These three combined are the characters in the Winx Club series that I'm most like, according to a number of its fans. I'm back to song quotes. Because of what I just said and these being minor characters, the line from "Extraordinary" by Liz Phair should work. The song in full really does fit all three, since they all have surprises to their characters.

Presenting my Fantasia banner:

I really wish I could show it at 1000 X 200 pixels, as in the original design.

Fantastic work as always! Your signatures are like mini visual summaries of Disney movies. I imagine you'll be doing this for each of the Disney classics? I can't wait to see your banners for "Beauty and the Beast" and "Aladdin".BelleGirl wrote:Presenting my Fantasia banner:

Maybe, but first I have to change the format and then I have to place in somewhere online. The smaller banners are placed on a website.Mooky wrote:Fantastic work as always!
