I really hope to see Hercules re-released in 2007, that definately needs revamping. I would love to see and Oliver and Company re-release, maybe in 2008 as a 20 year anniversary edition.

Snow White 70th anniversary edition- not happening
Saludos Amigos 65th anniversary edition- maybe, but doubtful
Bambi 65th anniverary edition- so not happening. It's PE is still in print
Fun and Fancy Free 60th anniversary edition- maybe, but doubtful
The Jungle Book 40th anniversary edition- that's probably the subtitle that we'll get on the PE
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh 30th anniversary edition- maybe, but doubtful
The Rescuers 30th anniversary edition- OH I HOPE SO
Aladdin 15th anniversary edition- so not happening, PE is still in print
Hercules 10th anniversary edition- if Hercules is released next year, thats probably what we'll get
Lilo & Stitch 5th anniversary edition- if this film does get rereleased, i doubt it will say "5th Anniversary"...not substantial enough
Treasure Planet 5th anniverary edition- same as above, but Lilo & Stitch has a better chance
:pan: Love It.

I remember watching the rescuers when i was really, really little; so I would love to have that title in my (small) collection.

Hercules/Hunchback need some loving big time. so I'd like to see that. I really doubt with Jungle Book slated for PE that they'll do a XXth anniversary of it next year unless its next year it gets released

Yay for all the "The Black Cauldron" love on here! I'm not even sure if the footage Mr. Katzenberg edited out exists anymore, but if Disney has it hidden away, they totally should release it as a 2-disc.
I can't stand how Disney now releases special editions as 1-discs. I wonder if, for Blu-Ray or even the next format after DVD, we'll see more bonus features.
"The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "Hercules" definitely need 10th Anniversary Editions (preferably 2-disc sets)!

I agree that the Disney Channel TLM special should have been on the DVD- I have it on tape still.

Well I think they'd have enough features to make Hercules a 2-disk, they could even put a few of the Hercules tv episodes on there

I hope something like this happens next year, and if its not a 30th A.E, I would enjoy seeing some more titles added to the Masterpiece Collection, poor Alice is the only M.E. Anyway, hopefully 2007 brings us The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Well, there's an OK chance that Snow White will be re-released, so that is a little likely. And there's no way that Bambi will be re-released, seeing as it came out last year. The Jungle Book we will be getting an October PE release for, probably with the subtitle "40th Anniversary Edition" (sorta like the Lady and the Tramp PE). I also highly doubt about Aladdin, it was a PE only 2 years ago. I'm guessing it's next release will be a 20th anniversary in 2012. I agree with you on The Black Cauldron, its next release is way past due!

Isn't anyone else convinced that Disney will wait until 2009 to release Sleeping Beauty as a Platinum Edition / 50th Anniversary Edition (like Lady and the Tramp) rather than releasing it a year early in 2008?

^ That's what I'm SERIOUSLY hopeing for....come on Disney! :P

Besides PP and TJB, (which are definately coming next year), 101D and Pinocchio are the only PE's left that I will buy....I have the Fantasia Anthology, (though I will buy the PE if it's the truely unedited version), and I have the Sleeping Beauty SE...and both of these sets have enough bonus features to suit me! And, not to mention I will be severely dissapointed with Disney if they release Snow White AGAIN as a PE before they even release (either) Pinocchio or 101 Dalmatians...It just wouldn't be right!! (especially with 101 Dalmatians, being that it was one of the original 10 on the PE list...)
