Got my Chicken Little Anniversary Blu-ray today, and the envelope they shipped it in was already cut open. The Blu-ray case looks terrible. Looks like it sat in the window of a store for a few months and/or got some water on it.

Anyone have any luck getting rewards replaced? I emailed them on their site. Hopefully they will replace it, and not make me pay to return the other one.
Good luck. I've emailed twice, facebooked, and sent one request on the site directly regarding my "TRON: Legacy" which arrived looking like a dog chewed on it then left it in the rain and I have yet to hear back from anyone. The earliest of these things was over two weeks ago. So I dunno.

I find contacting them via phone is more helpful....one of them even recognizes my voice when they pick up and I say my name....... :? :shifty:

Anyway here the contact via phone #....remember these are Central US Times such as IL....

Does this include original TRON as well?
No. Tron: Legacy magic codes only (DVD or blu ray).

Update on my situation. Called at lunch today and the lady that answered was very nice and apologized several times. They are sending me a new Blu-ray and a paid return label for the old one. She even asked about my Bambi poster that I ordered on the same day as the Blu-ray, although I haven't received that item yet.

Thanks for the number disneyboy20022!

Hopefully the new Blu-ray arrives in better condition. :)

It's good to hear they remedied the situation. My DMR anniversary is about 3 months away and I'll probably be getting Chicken Little as well.

DarthPrime, was the Chicken Little copy you received a combo pack or just the single Blu-ray release?

Got 200 points for the 4 disc set. So a 4 disc, 3D Bluray, Bluray, DVD, Digital set is only worth 100 points?!? Lame. I got 125 for the original Tron Bluray and DVD set.

200 points is the regular point value. It's listed in eligible titles. So you should've gotten 400 points.

Here's the regular points listings on the DMR website
TRON (original) DVD = 100 points
TRON (original) Blu-Ray Combo = 125 points
TRON Legacy DVD = 100 points
TRON Legacy Blu-Ray Combo = 125 points
TRON Legacy 3D 4-Disc = 200 points
TRON Legacy 5-Disc = 325 points

It seems that you guys didn't get your points doubled, but remember, it's just valid for TRON Legacy. I haven't entered mine in yet so I'll see what happens.
Don't miss out on an opportunity to build your balance!
Bring home TRON: Legacy on 4/5/11 and score a huge double points bonus. Just enter any TRON: Legacy Blu-...ray or DVD Magic Code on 4/05/11 (12:00:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM PT) to get double points for that title. Offer available 4/05/11 only.
The message they posted on the DMR website is misleading. It doesn't specify whcih version of the Blu-Ray. The combo or the 4-disc? :?

Any Blu-ray entered today with a copy of "TRON: Legacy" included is double points, be it the Blu-ray + DVD combo pack, the four-disc combo pack, or the deluxe ultra meg super five-disc combo pack in whatever packaging you might have bought.

Double check under the part of the website that lets you see all the codes you entered. When I entered "TRON: Legacy" it didn't shows on the main page's side bar as double points, but it lists both on codes entered page and the math checks out.

Yup, I got 400 points. In the "My DMR" list it just shows up as 200, but on the total points it added 400. Excellent!

I still hope we get a double points day for that promo that's going on still. I think I have about 1000 points stock-piled.

Got 200 points x 2, plus the bonus 50 for entering a magic code before April 15th (I worried beforehand that the 50-point code might override the double points, instead of supplementing it).

I've read a lot of complaints from people on other boards about not getting their double points, including the Facebook site where it was announced... but it sounds like they just didn't check their points history and/or before-and-after balance. The only ones that might have a legitimate complaint are the regular DVD buyers, since the site had promised "DOUBLE POINTS for all Tron: Legacy Magic Codes entered on 4/5/11 ONLY!" (then again, maybe they got it).

Got my Bambi poster today. Came in a sturdy tube, and its mint as far as I can tell (no dents/folds/etc...). Its a lot nicer than I thought it would be. :)

I think DMR glitched on me somehow, and I'm wondering if it happened to anyone else.

I went to enter in my Incredibles/Cars DVD UPCs for the upgrade coupons. After entering them I noticed under Unlocked Offers a Free Ticket for Cars 2. It gives the site to redeem it, number, etc... I had the Rewards Codes entered in for these movies a few years ago, not sure if that counted or not.

Just thought it was odd because I thought the movie money was only after you bought the new combo packs. :?

It gave me links to the coupons as well. It looks like its a mistake then.

The only thing I can think of is, I did enter the code from Mater's Tall Tales combo pack a couple months ago. I know that one also comes with a free ticket now. I guess it messed up and counted that one too.
