Got my Chicken Little Anniversary Blu-ray today, and the envelope they shipped it in was already cut open. The Blu-ray case looks terrible. Looks like it sat in the window of a store for a few months and/or got some water on it.
Anyone have any luck getting rewards replaced? I emailed them on their site. Hopefully they will replace it, and not make me pay to return the other one.
I find contacting them via phone is more helpful....one of them even recognizes my voice when they pick up and I say my name.......
