Yes, it has the castillian spanish and the latinoamerican spanish. The thing is, that in Spain we always have listened the latinoamerican dub (1989), but around 1997 / 1998 they did a castillian spanish re-dub (for the theatrical re-release). We all have grown up listening the latinoamerican voices, so, we don't like the castillian ones, and Disney Spain is "obsessed" with change our minds, but they never will. (We HATE literally the castillian dub).
On 1998 they released a VHS version ONLY with the castillian dub, and they had to retire all of them from the stores because lots of people went to change all of it. So, they did another VHS with the latinoamerican dub again.
We, the spanish fans are having an eternal fight with this issue.

The same thing happens with Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. We have grown listening the "original" latinoamerican spanish dub, and at one point they re-dub all of them with new latinoamerican voices (All of them because judicial issues with the original actresses).
You can find a lot of videos on youtube comparing the versions. Even didn't knowing spanish, anyone can see the abismal differences.

Well... it's a tricky issue like I've said before xD

Both dubs were on there along with the original English & the European Portuguese dub
Disney is awesome, and was the biggest part of my childhood.

Why are you surprised? The UK (England, Scotland, Wales), Ireland, Australia, and New Zeland only have the American English to enjoy. Same thing in Spanish.
In this case, Mexico does the dubbing for all Spanish countries, until not too long ago that Spain decided to start doing their own dubbing. Which turned into latinamerican and castillian Spanish versions. Which, like my fellow mates just said, most Spaniards don't like their castillian dubs and prefer the Mexican dub.

In cinderella or Snow white for example we prefer the old latinoamerican dub because we are used to listen these voices

I was wondering, too. It's gonna be a loooong 6 months until the release. I've been waiting years for this to come out.

 Seems like all the spaniards here have the same issues with the dubbing of "The Little Mermaid". I watched the new dub in 2006 and hated it..a lot. I saw that film when I was 4, scared the crap out of me, I had the cassete tape of the OST with the latin dub, and I loved it. Why did they have to change it??? Beats me, I have to admit though, that the english version is the best one in my opinion since nobody sings "part of your world" as good as Jodi Benson, as I discovered the Original Version thanks to Youtube. It was with "Beauty and the Beast" When disney dubbed all their movies in Castillan Spanish, even "Rescuers Down Under" came with the Mexican dub.

They're taking extra steps to ensure no phallic symbols sneak into the design. ;)

That's like fighting terrorism. There's always going to be a disgruntled artist somewhere out there. No cover art is safe.

Such a shame this Blu ray wasn't released a whole bunch earlier when we had more of a chance of substantial bonus material. . . I am just keeping everything crossed for a lovely transfer.
And on a totally vapid level, I want the cover art to be superb.

Thanks to all the responses. As someone who was raised in Latin America, I am well aware of the dubbing issues with Snow white, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty.

My shock about TLM in Spain not including the spaniard dub is because I KNOW how adamant Spain is about using their own dubs, and how pushy Disney is about only using the latest dubs. And hey, at least in spain you got both on the dvd!

I WISH we got the old and new dubs of SW, C and SB..... the old dubs were much better. And not only because we all grew up with those voices, but because they really are better dubs. To be honest, this is almost discrimination against non-americans. Can u imagine the uproar in the USA if they suddenly released Snow White with new voices in english????

Damn that Evangelina Elizondo and he stupid law suit (she was the original latin voice of Cinderella....)

Whether the restoration is going to be amazing or disappointing, I do expect it to be drastic considering how uneventful the previous restoration was.

Oh, come on! I thought the 2006 transfer was WAY better than its predecessor (the 1998 DVD transfer)! :(

By the way, this is coming from a guy who owned only the 1990 VHS copy (and no other) for sixteen years up until my family and I finally picked up the Platinum Edition.
