I like them both!
The logo on the UK box could be from The Little Mermaid II re-release?.
Oh, I hope so, it fits very well with the rest.
don't think it means she's Ursula,it's the evil characters together.
I also think that ,but I still hope she is the Purple Diva (That is Ursula I mean, since they are both purple  ).

I believe we made the same walk
Altough I doubt we'll have the same pics, love to see yours :D

First let me apologize for these rather bad pics, but you've been up there, You'll undoubtedly have done better

I like these very much, they give insight into the full proces of fleshing out a character, colourwise, shapes and sizes.

She looks like Maleficent.
What if Marina is how Ursula was going to be? as a mermaid? in the original version of the film?.
Bah,what are those thing on the floor when blonde Ariel/Mermaid goes to see her? I"m sure it's not merpeople in this version, maybe they"re dangerous like the Anime version?.

They're most likely the snakes mentioned in the original tale. Although I think polyps were also mentioned in the original story, the "stolen souls" bit was all Disney.

I know, aren't they generous? This release beats Cindy 3 by like, 2 and a half minutes!

Still, none of the DTV sequels will ever top Lady and the Tramp II. That baby had a rather good making-of featurette (and it was 17 minutes!), 3 bonus shorts, and a rarity on some Platinums...an audio commentary!

Yes, even the old 'Lady and the Tramp: Scamp's Adventure' DVD had great bonus features!

The title is 'The Secret of the Little Mermaid'!
First of all, I want to say I really like this title, even better than The original one, I think it's more mysterieus.

I hope the title here in The Netherlands (Holland) will be something like this, because the most titles for sequels we get are, or (most of the time) different than those from other countries, or an excact translation of the american one, and they always fit the movie very well.
For example, the title for Cindy 3 here was 'Assepoester: Terug in de Tijd', wich means 'Cinderella: Back in Time'.
I really liked that one.
This release beats Cindy 3 by like, 2 and a half minutes.
Really?
Here in The Netherlands the movie didn't have any (good) bonus features!
Oh my God, this is better than Christmas!
I couldn't say it any better!

(Hey there, all - I'm new . . . quick intro! *waves*)

Wow, this is what I've been waiting for ever since the TLM Platinum preview!

Things are looking bright for this final DTV sequel after all! The special features, the possible/plausible plot line . . . the fact that Ariel's other sisters finally get some descent screen time . . . (What can I say - I like the minor characters!) I just can't wait until the other sneak peeks are up on the Official Website! (But I learned a lot of stuff, thanks to the main page that features the characters! If you click on the characters, you'll learn some things that may start to piece together some more of the plot for you! I sure did - it was mainly the sisters that did it for me!)

One thing that I don't understand - Why is Ariel the only daughter out of the seven that looks the most like Athena? (Do they all have different moms or was Ariel just the one that had to be blessed with her mom's exact likeness? It's so creepy IMO.)

And I agree - I'll be so disappointed if Marina's not Ursula. So far from the design, the pencil test and her whole demeanor, GAH - she totally freakin screams out "Hey Dudes, I am Ursula! Hear me Cackle!" *insert cackle here*

(No offense, but Sally Field's voice just doesn't do it for me though if she really is supposed to be Ursula, although I would understand the whole thing of her wanting to disguise herself so no one would know that it's really her in disguise . . . Ooh . . .)

Anywho, the Three-Movie packs look awesome. I would just want TLM2 and AB, thanks . . . (No offense, I actually liked TLM2 . . . with exception of Tip and Dash . . . gah.)

Another agreement: "Scamp's Adventure" was the best DTV sequel release. Now if "TLK2: Simba's Pride" had the deleted scenes and a audio commentary, that would almost be enough to beat it. (Besides, the SA commentary was great . . . very informative! Why can't other Plantinums (or SEs, for that matter) have these? I'd totally pick those up just for commentaries! Seriously, I would!) Now will this beat Scamp? I'm betting it would . . .
