Thanks! In two weeks, the pictureback book for 'The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning' will be out! I can't wait for those scans, Disney Villain!

Chernaobog_Rocks, I think Ariel'sprnce found more in common than that. Sebastian is Triton's royal advisor, and that's the job Marina wants. Jafar was the Sultan's royal advisor, but wanted to become sultan. Marina probably wants to be more than advisor, too, we just don't know it yet. But we see her by the King's side and throne like we saw Jafar by the Sultan's, and she gets annoyed at what he does and tells her to do.

Hmm... I like the design on the Japanese one, with Ariel on the first, Melody on the second and Marina on the third- that's pretty cool... but it just looks too... bright and happy, like saying that the TLM trilogy (or at least the first one) is completely childish, and doesn't need to be taken seriously.

The British one looks so beautiful, and is the exact opposite of the Japanese one. To me, the British one says that the TLM trilogy (again- at least the original) is an art, and really makes me wish I could get my hands on it. However, at the same time, I'm sorta disappointed that all it is is a pretty box to hold it, whereas the Japanese set includes a whole new set, with an entirely different design.

I'm pretty excited about the logo- like Ariel'sprince said, it could be hinting towards a re-release, I can't wait! Thanks again for keeping us all updated, Old Fish Tale!

I don't think it's childish,I think it's looks great

I think it's an old poster or something with corals from the PE cover and merchandise and Melody and Marin on it.
Actually,I"m sure that there will be a re-release and I think this is the logo.
So the UK one is 4 discs? (2 discs of Little Mermaid PE,disc of Little Mermaid II and disc of Ariel's Beginning).

I want a DVD pack with 'The Little Mermaid' and 'The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning'!

I think there are UK packs of Cinderella+Cinderella III and Cinderella+Cinderella II so they might do Little Mermaid one.

Agreed on that- but just for the record, Old Fish Tale called it (the first "official" hint) first, June 25, 2008.

It wasn't tentacles, it was just an outfit with swirly things around it- she could've been a spider for all we know. lol But I was also hoping it was tentacles, too.
