dvdjunkie, unless someone can tell me why I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure what it is is that you must remember it is "climate change" not just global warming. Global warming is just one of the effects, the one that makes the polar ice caps melt (which is happening). It means that some parts are getting a lot warmer than they are supposed to be, and some parts are getting a lot colder than they're supposed to be, hence weird things happening like so many earth quakes or snow in Las Vegas as one of our members talked about. Disney Divinity also brought up a great point, that if we put too much of anything that's not good into the air, such as fumes from oil, it is of course going to have bad effects. You can see that, right?
