as for pixar being non disney. well it is technically disney now. and its not like disney only distributes it in north america but the whole universe.so universally its disney and now that it's owned by disney wholly. it is disney. it's like this, mr disney have 44 children. the eldest is snow white and the youngest one is home on the range, then mrs. 2d died. so mr disney is engaged to ms. pixar and helped support her childbirth, toy story up to cars, then mr. disney decided he should marry ms. pixar, so they are married now and r expecting more children, ratatouille etc. so legally and rightfully, they are all mr disney's children now and they're now officially one big happy family, living under the same house and playing with each other!
then mr. disney have a half-brother named disneytoons that has a few not so beautiful children who are almost identical in looks but not so perfect as their 45+7 cousins.

There's a distinct lack of Dumbo love on these forums.
1. Dumbo
2. Pinocchio
3. The Jungle Book
4. The Lion King
5. Lady and the Tramp (I only recently realised just how good this one is)
6. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
7. Aladdin
8. Beauty and the Beast
9. Sleeping Beauty
10. Alice in Wonderland
11. The Artistocats
12. Peter Pan
13. The Many Adventures of Winnie-the-Pooh
14. The Rescuers
15. Bambi
16. Cinderella
17. The Rescuers Down Under
18. The Little Mermaid
19. The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr Toad
20. Robin Hood
21. 101 Dalmations
22. Basil the Great Mouse Detective
23. The Three Caballeros
24. The Sword in the Stone
25. Fun and Fancy Free
26. Melody Time
27. Oliver and Company
If you've noticed the omission of Fantasia, the reason is that I haven't seen it for years and years and can barely remember it. I have a feeling it will make its way high up the list though once I do get round to seeing it again.

lady and the tramp should've been the first animated feature to be nominated for best picture for all it's underlying qualities. its very mature and dramatic.
i like dumbo just that i havent seen it in awhile because the dvd sucks. and i havent bought the big top edition to compare with the 60th one i have. so i'm avoiding dumbo until they pay it some respect.

You forgot to mention that Mr. Disney sometimes cheated on his spouse and dated Ms. Vanguard or Ms. C.O.R.E.
P.S. So you're from Malaysia!? You sure are far away from me! Pleased to meet you.

I've seen some tourism ads for Malaysia on TV, saying "Malaysia...Truly Asia". I think it may have been on Discovery Channel... I'm not sure.akhenaten wrote:yeap, i'm from malaysia. come visit us, its our visit malaysia year this year.

And lol! I'm nowhere near Manchester... Malta is a very small country in the Mediterranean Sea, just south of Sicily. Naturally, it's an island...or rather, an archipelago of islands.
I imagine Malaysia must be a wonderful Asian country. Personally, I've never been outside my own country except for a week in Berlin, Germany... so I've got a lot more to see, if I get to see it!
To everyone else at UD: Sorry for going off topic guys!
