Great avatar, orestes! Anna is hilarious and I loooove the Scary Movie trilogy. Here's to hoping the 4th one can carry on well without her.

Hi
Here is a recent animation I made, it is a NewsClipping of Doris and Lucy from 1973.

This is Amy's 4th Christmas album, 1999's A Christmas To Remember, the title track from which was and still is a very big seasonal hit. This came out the year after Amy announced her divorce and Christmas songs were all the world heard from her for about a five year period after filing her divorce. I love the cover!
I know Christmas is over, but I got a bit behind on my avatars, so we'll just extend the holiday season a bit.
Besides, it's not really over until January, anyways!
Original Songs From This Album
A Christmas To Remember
Christmas Can't Be Very Far Away
Christmas Lullaby (I Will Lead You Home)- probably the 2nd biggest hit from this album

This is Amy's most recent Christmas album (though she's had a few singles since then, including "God Is With Us" this year, which just reached #2 on Holiday & Christian charts last week!). Entitled The Spirit of Christmas, it came out in 2000 as a Hallmark Store exclusive (they do one of these each year). Half the tracks are by Amy (including a duet with Vince Gill on "The Christmas Waltz") and the other half are by The London Voices, all accompanied by The London Symphony Orchestra. This makes Amy's second Christmas album with the London groups. Since it's a Hallmark exclusive, I don't believe any of these songs get played on the radio, and the CD is now OOP and can be difficult to find. It's very good, though, with sort of an elegant-with-a-side-of-jazz style to it.

Our worst nightmare!
My new avatar is of Harada Risa (presumably) from the manga serie "D.N.Angel." Crop from a lovely image that I borrowed from Kimiko-san's wonderful site (http://dnangel.angst-boi.net).
[EDIT: Um, changed my avy again.
I'm taking my cue from all the avatars I've seen commemorating "10th Anniversaries" and the Pocahontas bit was inspired by MickeyMousePal and his Meeko avatar.
It's clearly a crop of the French Pocahontas SE cover... had to clean up all the grey areas though--blech.]
Wherever. Whatever. Have a nice day.
