Retired Old School UD because I didn't really want to have to search for an old topic and run the risk of having someone read the whole thing and reply with a "OMG this was funny!" oneliner.

So, this is my new temporary siggy, with a nod to Coupling.

Ever since I retired WTF, I can't find anything good to put in this siggy. So this will have to do for now:

Lesbian Spank Inferno

BTW, netty, if you read this, it's Giselle, not Jezel.

A little tagline for Desperate Housewives (not sure where I got it from) and my collection of television shows on DVD.

My signature is a from a movie called Manos: The Hands of Fate. I'm a really big MST3K fan and I heard that the Manos epidsode was really funny. So asked my mom to get me MST3K version of Manos for my upcomming birthday. Well, she did and I watched it. Altough, It was another fantastic epidsode of MST3K, Manos: The Hands of Fate has got to be the worst movie I ever seen. It was so bad, I was depressed all of next day. Somehow, Manos somewhat grew on to me in a very weird way. I can't explain it.

In my siggy, I'm putting down some formulas that we are learning right now in trigonometry, or precalculus.

You should add these formulas too Alan, trust me if you move on to calculus you would want to know them. Seeing how you are leaning trig functions here are some defferential trig equations. I don't mean to confuse you either but these are proven formulas but I'm not going to do the proofs right now because you have to use the deffenition of a derivative formula to find out. I just thought you might be interested and you can tell your trig teacher "eh, the derivative of sine is cosine." :D

f'(x) = dy/dx sin x = cos x
f'(x) = dy/dx cos x = -sin x

Or this might be useful too if you go into calc.

lim x - h of (sin x) / x = 1
Where lim = limit
x - h = where x approchas h
of f(x).

TashieGirl did you read the article in Entertainment Weekly several months ago? it was an excellent history of the movie created by a fertilizer salesman in El Paso. (I know there is a joke somewhere about fertilizer and the quality of Manos.) Since the movie was made in El Paso, it was not recognized for being the worst movie of all time because nobody saw it. Therefore, Plan Nine From Outer Space won that title in book The Golden Turkey Award book published in 1981. (Written partially by the Michael Medved, the conservative talk show host of all people.)

Therefore, Ed Wood would rightfully so become infamous for his craptular movies and it would take MST to discover the movie in 1993. It was voted the best episode by the show was on Comedy Central. There are a lot of great MST episodes but Manos is probably my favorite. There is a ton of information about Manos on imdb as it usually tops (or bottoms?) the Bottom 100 list. Unfortunately, there is real history to the movie three cast members killed themselves and the guy who played the master disappeared as well. There is a great thread on the 500 things to do instead of watching Manos on the forum. This movie does have a real fan base.

My siggy is quote from Daffy Duck in The Scarlet Pimpernickel.

Alright I've gotton over G60S so I changed my siggy. I thought this quote was very funny so I decided to put it in there.

Bambi as you can tell is having a bad day but can you blame him. The moles were making fun of him, the woodpecker was making fun of him and he just got chased by Ronno and Karus. I would be pissed to.

Whoa, where have I been to answer that?! I'm sorry Isidour. You probably figured it out by now but it's a quote form the book, not a direct quote I spruced it up a little. Let me find the page number here... It's in the chapter where GP says "act bravely" (Chapter 11). It's on page 106, the first paragraph after the last on the page and the bird says "Good morning, I'm ha-appy." But Bambi doesn't say anything. The "shut up! Nobody cares!" part... that was me. I was thinking that would be a funny thing for him to say. :D

Anyways about my new siggy. It's counting down to Bambi II's release date. It's going to be a good one. It's funny where you get those tickers... off of a fertility web-site. I chose to use the fireworks and the hoolagirl, seemed less corny. ;)

My signature is the date in which I'm going to go to Disneyland with my orchestra to play a concert there. Yeah, I've never did this before so I'm really psyched to go. :)

Disney Duster's Signature

Post by Disney Duster »

My current signature is a direct quote from the book Disney's Aladdin: The Making of an Animated Film. It says, "In later years, magic wands gave forth what has come to be known as Disney dust." It explains where I got my username, Disney Duster, from. I love all the magic effects in Disney movies, like the smoke Aladdin's genie has, but mostly I love the sparkles from magic wands, sometimes referred to as fairy dust. Then, I also love pixie dust, which Tinker Belle has.
