Changed my personalized Violet ('') to this lovely tanline turkey - 'cause as we all know, Turkey Day is coming up in the U.S.! :D
Life often leaves us standing bare, naked and dejected with a lost opportunity. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residues of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words: "Too late."

My avatar is still Dory, but I wanted to ask 2099net to explain his or her current avatar. I don't know who that person is or what those messages mean. Color me confused!

I hope 2099 doesn't mind me saying he is a guy (to the best of my knowledge), and that his avatar is of Daffyd - the only gay man in the village.

Mine is a tombstone that says Rest in Cheese.

If you need that explained to you, well, you need more help than I could possibly provide.

Daffyd is a character from a UK Comedy show called "Little Britain". He's a rather vain, arrogant and clueless person who take great pride in being "The only Gay in the village", when of course he's obviously not, and gets very defensive when confronted with evidence to the contary. "Everybody knows that I am the only gay in this village. And THAT'S THAT!"

One also suspects he isn't actually gay, he just likes the idea of being an oppressed minority (even though nobody actually cares one way or another).

He did this "Gay test" at one such confrontation, and was surprised when the whole pub knew the answer. Daffyd thinks only gays know about The Wizard from Oz.

From what I gather, that Little Britain show is mostly about Disney DVDs, eh? Awesome avatar! :D

Hey, I notice a dickhead.

You know, it took more effort to point that out than it did to leave it be.
