This is going to really sound shocking, but the only DVDs that I really want are Cinderella, The Wizard of Oz and the two Toy Stories in their upcoming special/collector editions. I really can't decide in advance on such things, so I guess that I'll just pick and choose as I go along.

I'm also thinking about getting the Region 2 Lilo and Stitch special edition and Titanic collector's edition, and if I have the money, I will get these.

Seems to me like someone's trying to be the new Guru (classic-movies-mogul that is)

I currently have the single-disc snapper case Ben-Hur. It's fine for now, and unless someone decides to give me the 4-discer as a present, I'll pass for now, simply because it's not that big a priority for me to own.

And Alan, you gotta realize that people have different tastes. Just because you (and definitely a lot of other people) think that Ben-Hur is a wonderful 4-disc-worthy movie, doesn't mean that others do too. There are people who refuse to watch anything pre-1977. There are probably even people who don't even know what Ben-Hur is. It's a good thing you're interested in the classics, since the majority of young people I know don't give a rat's ass about them.
