Despite the differences from the books, They are a lot more fun than the series, and are actually ironically more loyal, at the very least Less woke And at least authentic and loyal to what it would be like if they were older which does work better with the overall lot and story. It’s way more grounded focussed plausible possible and believable. Season 3 is now in production.
It is kind of ironic to me that one of the huge selling points of this new show was that they were (finally!) going to have age-appropriate actors (i.e. actors the same as the characters in the books) for this adaptation, but Walker already looks like he's ready to declare a major.
We have our Artemis and Zoe.

Interesting. I'm hoping this means that our Aphrodite will be funny.
I'm also feeling like we should have heard about casting for Apollo by now. He appears in the books before Aphrodite does.
