Dear Secret Santa,

Hi there, how was your Thanksgiving? Enjoy the turkey and mashed potatoes? We had a lot of fun at ours, though I didn't get to make the involtini of beef like I wanted to. Instead, we marinated a turkey in this really interesting blend of citrus juices and spices, then slowroasted it in our oven. Turned out to be very good, and nowhere near dry.

Anyways, the odds of this happening are like...1 in 100 or so, but if you had picked up State Fair: 60th Anniversary Edition DVD as part of my gift, you can keep it for yourself, since I got it on Black Friday for only $8.78, yay me!
