well hers the the first look at garfield fom the new movie its okay but why did thay have to make him real he was great perfect just the way he was :?

Well, no offence Choco Bear, but that picture doesn't look "real" to me - the ears are wrong and look at the size of those eyes!

It looks like the Garfield design with lots of GCI hair (just like Sully had in Monsters, Inc.)

It's virtually just what I imagined the movie Garfield would look like. Did you think he would be more Roger Rabbit or Space Jam like and keep his cartooon apperance in the "real" world?
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Ahh! I can see it now! Yeah! That's kind of weird, but it's still pretty cool. It looks right to me.

I heard they scrapped the idea of using a "real" cat, and will be using a CGI version of the original, animated Garfield. Same with Odie. But I also heard that they're changing the design for Nermal-and I mean majorly. But that's all just rumours...
