That was Dr. Kevorkian. And I feel kinda bad for him, truth be told. I think human euthanization is a fine idea; if people want to die with dignity, then let them!

Never fear, Aaron - VH1's already hard at work on a second 90's series called I Love the 90's: Part Deux. Mayhaps your beloved will be mentioned then. ;) I dunno when they plan to air the next series, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was sometime this year - probably during autumn sweeps or whatnot. Heh...

Wheee! Perhaps they can do the 2099 comics then too!

This may also interest you all too - being as the series is based on a BBC idea from a few years back:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/ilove/

Some UK specific things in there, but lots of general stuff too. Especially music and films. It has video clips!
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Hehe... that's what I thought, too - but I checked it out online and it's apparently true, so - w00t!! :D

It seemed to me like they were prepping another "part" to the 90's series even as I watched the first part - they left out big films like Titanic and Phantom Menace, or trends like Pogs and the Budweiser "Wazzzuuuup!" commercials, etc. Plus, as we all know, successful stuff these days is milked for all it's worth, so not only do we get a barely-nostalgic look at the recently-ended 90's decade, but we'll get it stretched into two parts.

While I understand the use of "" for a 2nd part of 90s, I can't help but be excited at the same time! Having been born in '85, it's a lot of fun. And, as Paka said, they just might make up for their BIG mistake in the first one :P!!

And englishboy, your avatar is awesome. In fact, it's... 2 legit. :o

Yea, I did have fun :) I have to admit though that It's nice to be home, and relax in front of the computer to enjoy UltimateDisney once again! :)

Thanks for asking how I was doing and if I was having fun! :) I appreciate it :) (I've been reading all the "personal attack argument" discussions all afternoon and it is really horrifying me that UD members would be so cruel to one-another. )

Just a reminder that I Love The '90s Part Deux struck up tonight! The 1990 and 1991 episodes were aired tonight on VH-1.

I saw 1990 and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I missed the 1991 episode (so don't give any spoilers just let... I like the surprise of what they discuss). The good news is that the 1990 and 1991 episodes will re-air at midnight & 1am (eastern time) tonight... and many times in the days to come, I would suspect.

I love "I Love the '80s" and all the consequent decade series that followed it! I also can't wait to watch "I Love the '90s Part Deux" that's gonna air in a few hours Pacific time. XD I thought Jan. 17th would never come back when "Part Deux" was announced.

But the original "I Love the '80s" is the best. So hilarious, I never get tired of rewatching the episodes. Evar!
Wherever. Whatever. Have a nice day.

Wow, I didn't even know these were coming for certain. I would like to catch this batch, even if it's more to remember pop culture trends than to hear the C-list celebrities turn things into innuendos and poke fun at fads.

I just saw '91 and it was awesome, of course- a lot better than the '90 episode (maybe because with each year that advances, I remember more and more... I actually surprise myself with just how much of this stuff I remember from when I was 5 and 6, but I was always very into pop culture, even at a young age). I especially enjoyed the second I Love playing of "Baby Baby." ;)

'92 and '93 air tonight at 9pm and 10pm eastern time, respectively, and repeats of all of them are showing throughout the evening, starting in an hour. The VH-1 website had originally listed '94 as showing tonight, but they have since corrected it.

I really enjoy these shows, but has anyone else noticed that they've discussed every movie Juliette Lewis was ever in? Nothing against her, but I think someone is trying to give her career a bit of a boost, especially considering she's one of the guests on the show as well.

Boy the "I Love the...." shows are like candy you just can't get enough. As far as the minor celebrities are concerned well thirty years ago they would have been on Hollywood Squares

I Just finished watching 98, so now I've seen all of them, I enjoyed the original I love the 90's run, and I enjoyed this just as much. I was very surprised on 99 that they didn't give even the smallest mention of The Phantom Menace while they mention the other films to a great deal in the other ones. What's the deal? Was it because they couldn't think of anything to mock? Because there's plenty. Well, 2010 isn't coming soon enough so we can get I Love the 00's !
