If I decide to buy walt disney treasures wave 3...
I want to buy a few of them(Mickey Mouse in Living Color, and Donald Duck). I have a few questions though...What period of time is the Mickey Mouse in living Color wave 2 is in (1930's or 1940's?) and is this also true for donald duck? Also if I decide to preorder it in November (which I plan to do after I buy LOTR), when I decide to sell it after it goes out of print would i be able to sell it at a much higher price now, like I see people selling the older walt disney treasures on ebay? If anyone can answer me I'd appreciate it!

I'll let someone else handle the specs info.
As for the resale aspect, well, that depends on a couple factors.
Whether or not they annunce these as limited edition print runs again (that is, 150,000 printed, etc) and if the Tin is sealed. These LE print runs seem to add to the as does the fact that the product is sealed as opposed to being opened and viewed.
If you truly want to purchase one to sell, I'd advise against opening ... and be prepared to sit on it no less than a year. But I could never keep a sealed copy sealed that long...so I'd suggest buying TWO.
