A Bugs Life - CE.....help please!

Post by Andy »

Ok, i still dont have my copy of Bugs Life on dvd yet and its the only one im missing from the pixar collection. (Apart from incredibles & cars), and on playusa.com they have an offer on the region 1 Collectors Edition for only 13.99 which is a great price compared too the uk collectors edition.....

But i dont want the dvd too look terribly odd compared too the other pixar/disney Region 2 dvds, so i was wondering is there any chance someone could post any photos of the front, back and the spine of the case please! Also does it have a slipcover?

Hope someone will be able too help me, it may seem a little silly but i want the collection too look good! :D

I just ordered this DVD a few days ago.
I e-mailed a few sites about the whether they still sell it with the slipcover, because as its been a few years since release, I think the slipcovers on DVDs stop after a while.
The only site that replied was Amazon saying they couldn't find out and that the info on their site was all they had. As it says Box-Set in their details that usually means it has a slipcover.
My copy arrived today, but no slipcover :( :( so they must be rare now.

I think this is the UK slipcover

Even though it's not as cheap as the R1 DVD DVD.CO.UK have it for 17.99 including shipping which seems to be the cheapest place anywhere:

Even though it is not as cheap if it were me I would still go for the UK version, the fact that it is PAL as opposed the US's NTSC wins me over evry time.

I didn't want to start up a new thread.. This was the closest I could find for my question..

The CE Editions.. There are two out there currently..

One OOP
and one Cheaper CE Edition.. Any difference between these two besides the covers? Disc content the same?

I believe all is the same apart from new previews and a new game included in the newer edition (obviously).

As usual, the review covers that:

Couldn't agree more! I wish we had the CE version here...
