Disney Guru, did I say anyone wouldn't find any e-mail addresses of BVHE UK anywhere and that I have the "only" e-mail address? No. For all I care you can mail those e-mail addresses on dozens of BVHE UK sites, but there probably is a very slim chance you will get a good reply (even if you GET a reply). I only offered to get WonderLicious a quick reply by mailing his question to the e-mail address I have.

I have heard the same thing from others about the BVHE E-Mail adress, and you can get a great reply when you are in the Disney Business, and are a respected cliant, but you can also get a nice reply when anybody else E-Mails them, or if you give BVHE UK a phone call.

Guru, take this from someone in the UK; I phoned in the perfect hours once for BVHE UK, and all I got was an answer machine. Apparently, the person at the other end of the phone was away in October 2004 or something and back in November. The sad fact was, it was November.

I don't know why BVHE UK has such a bad reputation, but they really aren't too bad... The press releases are on the press site before other European countries and they have extensive information on the press site. Of course, you can't see that they are doing so positive You just need connections I guess... The BVHE UK contact we have for The Disney Database is always friendly and tries to help out in any way she can. So, I don't understand the fuss

I am glad that you have great luck with BVHE UK, Jens. I was just assuming that is the same ther that it is here in the USA. I have the USA Phone #, and I just call them and get an immediate answer, and geat service.
