TLK II is a million lightyears away from its predecessor but its songs are pretty good.

I don't think it's really fair to include "He Lives In You" among the rest, though. The song wasn't written for the film - it was just "borrowed" from the excellent "sequel" soundtrack to TLK - Rhythm of the Pridelands. Hence its "built-in" quality above the other songs.

Of those that were written for SP, however, I think "One of Us" is the best. Nice and angsty - the lyrics aren't too dumbed-down, either. I kinda like the lines "Born in grief - raised in hate - helpless to defy his fate" a lot, for some odd reason. O_o

My vote went to We are one . Its my favorite song from the movie and the main reason for me buying the soundtrack .

My favorite was the intro song, "He Lives in You." I thought it was beautiful, although the sequence itself is nowhere near as powerful as "Circle of Life."
