Disney Fables UK DVD

Post by punkoala »

I thought that the plug had got pulled on Disney Fables Volumes 5 & 6 ?

Only they've got them listed as "Normally dispatched within 24 hours" at the tesco.com site ???

Tesco also have a release date for Pocahontas and Mary Poppins special editions of 18 April 2005

I hate to tell you this, but these two titles were released months ago, back in June or something. I have had my copy since then.

I think they were exclusive to certain stores only (Woolworths and MVC?)
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

I would love to own the Fables series as a collector. Maybe one day I'll purchase them all for my collection.

Fables volume 5 and 6 are available to buy from Woolworths. I had them both on order from Loaded but they were never despatched because only selected stores can sell them. I got my two for a mere £5.99 each from Woolworths in the sale yesterday!! I now have the full set- even though practically everything is on the Treasures series and I have all of those too!
I doubt the Fables series will be around for much longer, once the UK start to get all the Treasures I'm sure the Fables will be deleted.

What verison of the 3 little pigs is it on volume 5? The version with the Jewish Peddler, or the version with the brush salesman?
