The only story that I believe Disney will most likely crank out is what PocahontasPride said: "Oh no wait, they have a head strong daughter that wants to be poor instead of rich"
That seems to be the sequel formula (give them children and make them opposite e.g. Ariel and Melody, Tramp and Scamp, Wendy and Jane), and we all know how Disney is with their forumlas. I remember reading about a Snow White sequel that was greenlighted and it was about Snow White's 13 year old daughter Rose.
Anyhow, I can see it all now. Cinderella's daughter, probably Cindy or Pumpkin or something, has grown up in the palace, but because of her mother, she was allowed to venture outside the palace walls, unlike Jasmine. Then Cindy Jr. falls in love with a poor peasant boy so she asks the Fairy Godmother to use her magic and to turn her beautiful gowns to rags so the poor boy doesn't know she really is a princess and she is way out of his league. Then they'll have happy happy la la musical moments in the streets of the kingdom when suddenly the boy's evil guardian (say, an owner of an orphanage or his employer) gets in the way for some unknown reason. They cry boo hoo then through the magic of love and all that the story is solved and they let the poor boy become rich!
Or maybe they'll do the opposite of the original tale and Cinderella has two ugly children or maybe it will deal with the Prince's side of the family or maybe I dunno. The possibilities are endless. The inevitable is probably what I had written above.

Snow whites 13 year old daughter? where did you read that thing? :has nightmares of the non disney snow white sequal about the dwafs female cousins the dwarfelles and snow whites evil step uncle...shudder:Kram Nebuer wrote:The only story that I believe Disney will most likely crank out is what PocahontasPride said: "Oh no wait, they have a head strong daughter that wants to be poor instead of rich"

lol the poor boy becomes rich...no, for the power of love, he has to still be poor. Hell Aladdin still dressed in street clothes and was all...poor in return of jafar even after Jasmine is like 'listen up ya'all this is who I wanna marry', so he's gotta stay poor and mooch off the family.
Or how about little mermaid 3, Eric sees the blonde merboy (that melody was talking to)and wants to be transformed into a merman to kick his ass, but he goes WOW I have a fin, and then, Ariel goes back to her true heritage and Melody does too, but alas! Usrualla and Morgna's brother wants avengenge, but he's also gay and wants Eric...

ah I can make fun of so many other possible disney sequas, but I htink I'll wait till I am less bitter.

Oh and to answer your question, I read about the Snow White sequel here and I think Animated-movies.com (which no longer exists). Though there has been no word on its progress, WHICH IS A GOOD THING!
I'm glad you enjoyed our fun! Though I was trying to actually be serious. I seriously can't think of any other plot than giving Cinderella a daughter. It has been done before:DreamerQ18 wrote: great stories Guys lol. I came here thinking that I would read someone who actually had a clue as to where disney was taking Cinderella 3 but this was better. totaly madme me laugh .(And still the question remians whats the plot going to be like )

I dunno....I was kinda attraced to lord malice....mrow, sexy evil vengeful brother guy, dude person...o.o; thats really sad that you remembered all the dwarfell's, but I think the chicks name was sunburn or something, thats just me though.Kram Nebuer wrote:Happily Ever After!PocahontasPride wrote:Snow whites 13 year old daughter? where did you read that thing? :has nightmares of the non disney snow white sequal about the dwafs female cousins the dwarfelles and snow whites evil step uncle...shudder:That was...an interesting movie. Though as kids, we thought it was awesome. All the dwarfelles...Muddy, Sunny, Blossom, Critterina, Marina, Moonbeam, and Thunderella! And Lord Malice and Mother Nature and the freaky prince and that stupid owl and bat. Anyhow, it was a totally weird sequel. Escapay said that the movie was ready for release in 1989 but Disney stopped them from releasing and pushed it back to mid 90s or something like that.

I've always thought his name was Prince Charming since I was little. In an episode of Full House where they go to WDW and DJ keeps seeing Steve she said she imagined Steve was Prince Charming. Also in a Disney book where the Princesses write letters to their friends, they include the actual envelopes and letters. On a letter to Cinderella, it is addressed Cinderella Charming. Most ppl here call him Prince Charming though some argue that in Snow White, that prince is Prince Charming merely because Snow White describes him as charming.PocahontasPride wrote:Thank you, in every other cinderella movie the prince has a name...this guy is just the nameless wonderbluemoon86 wrote:Ill admit I usually like disney sequels(I know Im probably the only one) but C2 was awfull. My roommate bought that book for her little sister, it's sooo cute!!! What's funny is that, if I remember correctly, Cinderella is the only one with a last name in the book.Kram Nebuer wrote: I've always thought his name was Prince Charming since I was little. And in WDW, Cinderella's Prince is actually named and called Prince Charming and Snow White's prince is...The Prince...a little silly, I know, but that's how you differentiate the two.

i always thought that "Prince Charming" was the normal reference to any Prince in a Cinderella adaptation (to separate it from other fairy tale princes). example: A Cinderella Story (God i so want to see this so I can laugh at it!!!)

GRRR!
I sure do hope that this news is not true. I mean I love Disney as you all know, why else would my username be "DisneyGuru", but still I am mad about these sequels. Disney rarely does a good job on their sequels anymore.

Snow White's 13 year old daughter???? What?? She is probably gonna fall in love with a dwarf who she thinks is a 13 year old boy. Then a new witch comes about and turns her into a dwarf and they have 7 children, s they can make a third movie :"Snow White's grandaughter and the seven dwarves jr."
