Take my Disney questionaire!

Post by Wonderlicious »

Okay, out of boredom, I decided to make up a Disney questionare. It asks various questions about Disney. Have fun with it and don't take it overly seriously. Okay, on with the questionare....

1. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why?

2. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why?

3. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why?

4. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why?

5. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why?

6. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why?

7. What is your favourite live action Disney film and why?

8. What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why?

9. Who is your favourite Disney villain and why?

10. Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why?

11. What is your favourite Disney song and why?

12. What is your least favourite Disney song and why?

13. How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own?

14. How many Disney CDs do you own?

15. Sum up Disney in 3 words.

My answers...

1. I believe Pinocchio to be the zenith of Walt's career, although my favourite to watch of this period is Alice in Wonderland.

2. Probably Robin Hood. It's pretty cute!

3. The Little Mermaid. The songs, the animation, the backgrounds, the characters!

4. The Three Caballeros (the only package film I've personally seen) was good, but it didn't seem as good as the others.

5. The Fox and the Hound gets my vote. Dull, messy and sloppy...

6. Atlantis, grrrr! Why did Marty Mc Fly voice that nerd?! Horrible!

7. Bedknobs and Broomsticks was fun. I'd put Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Return to Oz were nicer, but I don't class them as Disney films.

8. Pete's Dragon was fairly lame. What a Mary Poppins knockoff! Oh, Snow Dogs also sucked.

9. The Queen from Snow White! One word: psycho.

10. I think we all know the bandits in 101 Dalmatians should have been replaced by ninja racoons...

11. I love A Whole New World. Simply beautiful...

12. The song that the evil doctor in Pete's Dragon sung gets my vote for worst Disney tune ever. It was kinda dull.

13. Between the region of 30 and 45, between the two formats.

14. Two Disney CDs belong to me from when I was a kid.

15. Money making magic!

1. Fantasia. It is not just a film it is a work of art. Every segment is a beauty to behold! Alice in Wonderland comes a very close second!

2. Robin Hood. It is such a good film, great charcters, great songs and is funny. Not in the way that Shrek is taking from modern comedy and making references to modern culture which no one will understand in 5 years, it is basic funny!

3. This is a hard one! But I think it will have to be Beauty and the Beast! It is about as close as you can get to perfection! the Hunchback of Notre Dame, comes a close second though!

4. Melody Time I find it so boring! I actually like the pecos Bill, Bumble Boogie, Donald and the Samba segments but I find the others dull!

5. Basil, The Great Mouse Detective. I just find it a chore to watch!

6. This really is tough, I think it's a toss up between Hercules and The Lion King! But I think Hercules just pips LK to the post. Although I do still love these two movies.

7. Bedknobd and Broomsticks. I have fond childhood memories of this film. I used to watch it all the time.

8. Wow there are soooooooooooooo many that I haven't even seen. But of the ones that I have, it would be either Big Red or Rascal. There are too many disney movies like that and they can be tedious!

9. The Queen of Hearts, because she's MAAAAAAAD! Yzma, Frollo and Prince John come close.

10. Sykes, he's just a bit plain and 1 dimensional.

11. Probably 'Friend Like Me'. Although there are so many which come close such as 'Be Our Guest' 'Beauty and the Beast' 'A Whole New World' 'Reflection' 'The Bells of Notre Dame' 'Colours of the Wind' 'God Help the Outcasts' 'Out There' 'Feast of Fools'. I don't know why really. I like the music, the lyrcis.

12. I can't stand Hakuna Matata. I think it is crap!

13. Go look in the 'How many DVDs' thread.

14. None

15. What Disney Should be: Magic, Creativity, Innovation
What it is under the reign of Eisner: Money-mad, uncaring, sequel-producing!

Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why?

Probably The Three Caballeros. Excellent animation and ideas.

Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why?

Definitely One Hundred and One Dalmatians. The animated film with the best story structure and script ever.

Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why?

Hunchback of Notre Dame. Pure prefection, apart from 'A Guy Like You' which is inappropriate and jarring.

Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why?

Alice in Wonderland. Because it annoys DisneyKid when I say so, and also because I hate the character of Alice!

Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why?

Robin Hood. The actual story and film is OK. I just don't like how everyone is an animal, some not even native to Britain

Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why?

I think it has to be Home on the Range. Sorry, but it just didn't feel like a proper film. That said, I have no complaints with the designs or animation - check out the expressions on Buck. Priceless.

What is your favourite live action Disney film and why?

It's Holes. Not sure if it counts as a Disney film as such (I'm sure Walden Media called all the shots).

What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why?

I've not seen it, but from the trailer Confessions of a Teenage
Drama Queen
for mixed moral messages. If it has to be one I've seen I suppose, in some respects One of Our Dinosaurs is Missing for it being so politically incorrect. (But I do have a sort of soft spot for it!)

Who is your favourite Disney villain and why?

Pete, because he's just a bully and an ideal foil for the innocence of most Disney characters (especially the 'big three') [See my Villain Countdown write-up]

Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why?

Madam Mim as she's a weak villain and simply no threat what-so-ever.

What is your favourite Disney song and why?

Well, this keeps changing, but at the moment I'll Make A Man Out Of You. Simply because it's in my head at the moment.

What is your least favourite Disney song and why?

Anything from Pete's Dragon I suppose. Or Let's Get Together.

How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own?

Too many, including several of the same, from different countries.

How many Disney CDs do you own?

Not so many.

Sum up Disney in 3 words.

Not Warner Brothers.
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

1. Cinderella. Always impressed with its high production values.

2. The Jungle Book. I love the fact that it's set in the jungle and besides, it's pure fun.

3. The Little Mermaid. The animation is stunning, the songs probably the best in any Disney movie, and the characters are easy to love.

4. Dumbo. For some reason I don't like this film. Maybe because it's too light-hearted.

5. The Artistocats. It's horrible in every aspect, especially the animation. It's prpbably my least favourite Disney film - period.

6. Hercules. Nothing like Aladdin AT ALL!

7. Mary Poppins. For all the obvious reasons...

8. The Jungle Book (1994). It wasn't needed at all.

9. Ursula, because she's villainous, yet funny and sarcastic. Oh, and she's drawn nice too :D

10. Edgar. Hate anything that has to do with this film.

11. Part of Your World.

12. That opening theme in Robin Hood.

13. 20 something.

14. 3: The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and Pocahontas.

15. My childhood memories.

uhm, this is actually fun!, let´s see:

Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why?

Sleeping Beauty, for me this movie is a piece of delicate art

Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why?

101 Dalmatians, if sleeping beauty is classy art, then this movie is modern art, with those "not-so-perfect" but beautiful backgrounds and a fun plot, the perfect Disney movie, if someone asks what is Disney Magic, I´ll send them to see this movie

Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why?

Lion King (don´t you see? haha), many disney fans dislike this movie beacuase is too diferent to mermaid-beautyandthebeast-aladdin-menken-human-movies, but I think that to many people in the world who make this film the most succesful animated movie for so many years, the best selling video and the most requested Disney DVD can´t be wrong

Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why?

That´s got to be Pinoccio, some of you would kill me but, I find this movie a little boring

Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why?

Oliver and company, maybe it´s just beacuase I haven´t seen it to many times, like other disney movies

Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why?

There´s a tie between Atlantis and Treasure Planet, yes, I´m not a big fan of disney SCI-FI flicks, I think Atlantis could have been sooooo much better, the whole idea of the quest for Atlantis was pretty cool, but this movie didn´t fill my expectations, and Treasure planet was the only Disney movie that made me yawn at the theater, and roll my eyes

What is your favourite live action Disney film and why?

Mary Poppins, for me this movie is wonderful, very Disney, and is just as beautiful and charming as Snow White or other animated classics

What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why?

I´ve not seen so many, but I´m not atracted to adventure films like the David crocket ones, or Swiss Family Robinson

Who is your favourite Disney villain and why?

Maleficent, too little time on screen and she is one of the most memorable ones, very powerful, misterious and dark

Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why?

Ratcliff, he is arrogant but dumb and weak, and I didn´t really like his appearance

What is your favourite Disney song and why?

Circle of life for a powerful song, or Under the Sea for a happy one

What is your least favourite Disney song and why?

I don´t like too much the old slow songs like the one that Alice sings in the very beggining of the movie, or the one that Wendy sings about her mother in Peter Pan, I find them pretty boring

How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own?

34 animated classics, 4 treasures, 1 sequel, 2 pixar, and 2 live action

How many Disney CDs do you own?

I think I have 3 or 4

Sum up Disney in 3 words.

Get out Eisner!!

1. Cinderella, because everything is just wonderful- the songs, characters etc.

2. One-Hundred and One Dalmations, because it is a funny, awesome movie with a sweet villain!

3. The Little Mermaid, which is my favorite movie, because every bit of the movie is perfection.

4. Fantasia, not that it is a bad movie, it is just my least fav., I find most parts boring.

5. Basil, The Great Mouse Detective, because I plainly never enjoyed it.

6. The Hunchback of Notre Dame, I probably have to give this another try, but it wasn't terrible.

7. Mary Poppins, it's musical magic.

8. I have no idea.

9. Cruella DeVil, daaaahhling, she is perfect, maniacal villanous genious!

10. Lady Tremaine, if Cinderella wasn't so good natured she could have beaten the $#!+ out of the old bag!

11. A Whole New World, because it is romantically magical.

12. No Idea.

13. 26 (DVDs), 50 (including videos)

14. 2 (The Little Mermaid soundtrack, Cinderella soundtrack)

15. Memories. Dreams. Fun.

Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why? Probably Peter Pan. I love all of the characters and the songs are a thing of beauty.

Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why? This is my favorite period. I love just about all of them. But if I have to narrow it down; The Sword in the Stone. I think the animation stands out as best. And it's the one I feel most nostalgic with.

Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why? Meh... I think I'll have to go with Aladdin. When I saw it in theatres, I loved it. And actually laughed quite a bit. Granted I was 8. Does Disney/Pixar count? If so, The Incredibles.

Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why? Sleeping Beauty. I'm only saying this because I really don't remember anything about it. I haven't seen it since... who know's when.

Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why? The Black Cauldron. Yet another film to slip between the cracks. I don't even know for sure if I've seen this. :? So I can't truly say it's my least favorite, but like I said, I love just about all the films in this period.

Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why? Oh man, Pocohontas. I really don't like anything about it. Maybe a few of the songs. But, eh.

What is your favourite live action Disney film and why? The Swiss Family Robinson. Just one of those movies I grew up on. And the production is awesome. With all the pirates and the tree house and animals and etc.

What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why? Really, there are far too many. Basically, anything with Lindsay Lohan and... there are far too many.

Who is your favourite Disney villain and why? Madame Mim. I love the way she's animated. And she's quite comical as well. Although, as far as posing a danger to anyone, she does not. Second would be Cruella De Vil.

Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why? Gaston. He's probably the least creative villain I can think of. Just an ordinary strong guy with an atitude? Blah. His song is decent though.

What is your favourite Disney song and why? "Whale of a Tale" - The lyrics are funny, the singers are awesome, the music is wonderful. And it's just plain catchy.

What is your least favourite Disney song and why? I agree with Ichabod, Hakuna Matata!

How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own? I'm guessing in the mid twenties, early thirties.

How many Disney CDs do you own? 1

Sum up Disney in 3 words.

1. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why? Cinderella for its beautiful art, catchy songs, likeable characters.

2. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why? 101 Dalmations. It's actually the only middle-period Disney animation I can remember watching.

3. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why? This one is hard. Possibly Pocahontas... made more so by the fact that I love it 10-fold to make up for the people who hated it.

4. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why? Pinocchio I thought was a bit boring. Or depressing, maybe? I know that my VHS never got too much play.

5. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why? No comment! I don't think I've seen too many middle-period Disney films... maybe Oliver and Company? To be fair, I've only seen it twice and both times were on TV. But it was either this or 101 Dalmations and I already spotted that as the better.

6. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why? Atlantis, I guess. I only saw it on the Disney channel and although I liked the unique artwork, the story just iddn't catch my attention.

7. What is your favourite live action Disney film and why? Pirates of the Caribbean. Johnny Depp. (:

8. What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why? Anything that has to do with Davy Crochett. I'm just not into that sorta stuff.

9. Who is your favourite Disney villain and why? The only one who's coming to mind is Snow White's mother, the Evil Queen. Just the sinister way she ordered the woodcutter to bring back her stepdaughter's heart in that box. Shivers.

10. Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why? Cinderella's stepmother (was it Lady Tremaine?). What an evil woman... but she didn't affect me in quite the same way as the Evil Queen, whom I thought was spectacularly, truly evil.

11. What is your favourite Disney song and why? Possibly "Part of your World."

12. What is your least favourite Disney song and why? Gosh, do I have one? I think I like most of the more memorable ones.

13. How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own? I refuse to count how many I have. Let's just say I have many, many VHS tapes and a few (albiet growing) DVDs.

14. How many Disney CDs do you own? None, I think.

15. Sum up Disney in 3 words. Good clean fun.
Wherever. Whatever. Have a nice day.

1. Cinderella, it's just a classic movie that has been out on video when i was VERY little. The movie is great and filled with fun, music and magic.

2. The Great Mouse Detective. The characters are well done and it is an exciting animated adventure!

3. By far my choice would be The Little Mermaid, that movie has been important to me since the first time i watched it on video in about 1992. Beauty and the Beast would be second and in close third place-Aladdin!
4. I've seen Fantasia and Fun and Fancy Free and didn't like them at all! The characters in Fun and Fancy free were creepy (especially the puppet). The story wasn't good and there was no fun element in Fantasia
5. Most of the movies in this era were decent but these were never the best, possibly because of a lack of fun music:the sword in the stone, the aristocats, robin hood, fox and the hound, and the black cauldron
6. I think the LIon King was the cut off to when it became "too new". Hercules and Hunchback were fun but everything after Hercules wasn't very good. Neither was Pocahontas.
7. I absolutley love Hocus Pocus! It's a fun, colorful Halloween movie with an exciting story. I'd LOVE to see it come out on a special edition DVD :D
8. I haven't seen enough live action ones that i could find one that i hated.
9. Ursula, her character and the voice is a greta combination. She is absolutley insane and hillarious. She has a great screen presence and even though she's a nasty villain, i get excited when she comes on.
10. Stromboli from Pinocchio was a little too scary. It was one of the first animated classics so disney probably didnt find out how mcuh audiences love the funny villains.
11. There's usually a great song for every disney movie. I don't really have a favourite.
12. None on my mind right now.
13. I own most of the classics collection and what i don't have, i ahve in masterpiece. i have VERY few Dinsye DVD's but hope to improve my collection.
14. I have the set of 5 "Disney Classics" CD's which are compilations.
15. Magic, Music and Youth

1. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why?
I think Pinocchio, mostly for sentimental reasons. my grandma and I saw this when I was young. But as a piece of art, I'd have to say Sleeping Beauty.

2. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why?
I always liked Robin Hood. I thought it had a great story, and was very cute. Although this was my least favorite period for animated films.

3. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why?
Yikes! I guess I'd have to say "Beauty and The Beast" because it had all of the elements that make a great movie. It had amazing music, great animation and had something for everyone. There was a reason it got nominated for best picture at the oscars.

4. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why?
I never liked Alice in Wonderland. Although I thought it was unique, I never cared for it.

5. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why?
I never really liked the Rescuers. I thought it was boring and had bad animation

6. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why?
I would have to say Home on the Range or Atlantis. Although Atlantis had great animation, I thought the story could have used some help. Home on the Range I just thought seemed like a quickly put together picture and I didn't think Alan Menken's music was very good (and he's usually great).

7. What is your favourite live action Disney film and why?
That's a tough one! I like so many. At the moment I'd have to say Pirates of the Caribbean, because it was a departure from the usual formula.

8. What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why?
The remake of That Darn Cat. I thought it was really bad

9. Who is your favourite Disney villain and why?
I thought that Claude Frollo from Hunchback was just plain freaky. He was not only freaky looking, but he was totally whacked in the brain too.

10. Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why?
madam Medusa from Rescuers. She just seemed weak in the villian department to me.

11. What is your favourite Disney song and why?
Wow, this is a tough one. At the moment I really like "If I Never Knew You" from Pocahontas mostly because I'm really excited about the upcoming SE DVD of it. I can't wait to see it integrated into the movie along with the reprise at the end of the film because I think it will improve the story, particularly the love story, greatly.

12. What is your least favourite Disney song and why?
A girl worth fighting for from Mulan. The concept of it is ok, and the part of the movie it is from is funny, but they could have written a better song for that scene.

13. How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own?
I gave away all of my videos to my niece and nephew and have replaced most of them now with the DVDs. I think I have 40 so far.

14. How many Disney CDs do you own?
I think I have 5.

15. Sum up Disney in 3 words.
My inner child :-)

Robin Hood. The actual story and film is OK. I just don't like how everyone is an animal, some not even native to Britain
If you're talking about Prince John as a lion, I'd say that it fits, as lions are a sign of royalty, especially in our royal family...

Yeah, there's some logic to the Royalty (Richard was "The Lion of England" after all). I was thinking mainly of the Rhino guards, but I'm sure there are others.

The animals, on the whole, just don't work for me (and most are copies of The Jungle Book/Bedknobs and Broomsticks designs too)

2. The Jungle Book (Great characters and fun songs)

1. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why? Pinocchio. The film seems so ahead of its time, and yet it may be 'too dark' for some modern audiences. I find it very evocative, and its morality tale is heartfelt, not sappy. The obvious thing to say is that Pinocchio is an incredibly human protagonist, and his fantastic journey is easy to identify with.

2. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why? The Jungle Book. Great music, solid atmosphere and characters help to make this a great coming-of-age tale. Actually, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is excellent as well. Either one of those.

3. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why? The Lion King. It speaks to me and it says good things. A perfect blend of humor, music, and adventure; this film is just brimming with potent emotion.

4. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why? The Three Caballeros. Not that it or the other anthology films can really be considered under the same critical light, but I remember really not liking this when I saw it a couple of years ago.

5. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why? Sword in the Stone. It seems to me an uneven, formulaic, unappealing, and uninspired production.

6. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why? Atlantis. It really bites my scab.

7. What is your favourite live action Disney film and why? The Santa Clause grows on me with each viewing. It could easily be one of many other films, though.

8. What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why? White Fang 2. Why? See the film and you'll know why!

9. Who is your favourite Disney villain and why? Scar, I guess. He's wicked and suave.

10. Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why? Madame Mim. Not much depth to her or the movie.

11. What is your favourite Disney song and why? Tough. Hmm. I guess "Circle of Life."

12. What is your least favourite Disney song and why? Tough to say. I guess the end credits song for Atlantis because I don't remember it.

13. How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own? About 150.

14. How many Disney CDs do you own? About 10.

15. Sum up Disney in 3 words. Pure. Digital. Magic. (No wait, that's Disney DVD!)

1. Pinocchio, because its the most magical Disney movie ever made. I agree completely with what Luke said about it above. Peter Pan comes in as a close 2nd.

2. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Hardly any of the movies in this period are outstanding, IMO, but Pooh manages to be.

3. Beauty and the Beast. A perfect movie experience. They got everything right on this one.

4. Saludos Amigos, by default. Just going by the actual full-length, traditional Disney movies though, I'd pick Bambi.

5. The Black Cauldron. It's not as terrible as some say, but it never really manages to be a good movie either.

6. Atlanis: The Lost Empire. Bland execution of what could've been an awesome movie. Poor characters.

7. Old Yeller - a sweet, wholesome movie that is the most endearing Disney has done. I love a lot of other ones too, though. Swiss Family Robinson and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea come in at a very close 2nd and 3rd.

8. Oh, I don't know. They've done so many, with several being strong and several being weak.

9. Chernabog from Fantasia. For why, see my comment in the Villian Countdown. ;)

10. Edgar from The Aristocats. Totally uninteresting.

11. I can't pick between A Whole New World and You'll Be in My Heart. You Can Fly! is also very good.

12. Hu noz, maybe "Saludos Amigos".

13. Around 50 to 60.

14. 3, I think. The Disneyland Official Album, The Fantasmic/Electrical Parade soundtrack, and Tarzan Soundtrack.

15. A magical escape.

Yay! A real survey and not just a poll...

1. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your favourite and why?
It is a tough call, but probably Fantasia. Whether it was dancing mushrooms, marching broomsticks, or fiery mountain tops, there is something intense about Fantasia that you just can’t shake from your head. Like a good song, the images stay in your head, playing out over and over. The concept was years ahead of its time, and it still evident in today's Disney, especially the Twice Upon a Christmas shorts.

2. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your favourite and why?
Another tough one, but Many Adventure of Winnie the Pooh is a winner, for all the reasons I mention here.

3. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your favourite and why?
Well, there has been so much gold in this period it is almost impossible to name one, so I will name two: The Little Mermaid, because it was the first great Disney movie of the era, and Lilo and Stitch because I'm obsessed.

4. Of all the old Disney animated films (1937-1959), which is your least favourite and why?
Probably Cinderella, because I found it as boring as bat droppings. Bambi irks me too, but at least it has a few moments of "Awww, that's cute and funny". Cinderella just drags.

5. Of all the middle period Disney animated films (1960-1988), which is your least favourite and why?
I never got into The Fox and the Hound for some reason. Maybe it had all gone to the dogs at that stage...

6. Of all the modern Disney animated films (1989-present), which is your least favourite and why?
Probably Mulan or Pocahontas, because both of them tread that thin line between 'respect for a culture' and 'boredom'. A bit like Prince of Egypt really.

7. What is your favourite live action Disney film and why?
Not a big follower of live action, but I do have a few favourites. Darby O'Gill and the Little People is always fun, Tron and The Love Bug are also essential viewing: Tron because it typifies the 1980s, and The Love Bug because it is just so damn fun.

8. What is your least favourite live action Disney film and why?
As I said, not a huge follower of live action, so I have favourites, but there isn't a huge list that I've seen. I'm not overly fond of Pete's Dragon.

9. Who is your favourite Disney villain and why?
I don't know...probably Jafar or something. Professor Ratigan. That's Vincent Price, so that's probably it.

10. Who is your least favourite Disney villain and why?
Pass...I think I'm getting bored now...

11. What is your favourite Disney song and why?
Probably 'Part of Your World', but I don't like many Disney song.

12. What is your least favourite Disney song and why?
See above.

13. How many Disney DVDs/videos do you own?
About 115ish DVDs, a few dozen tapes...get a calculator or something...

14. How many Disney CDs do you own?
0. See questions 11 & 12.

15. Sum up Disney in 3 words.
Keeps me occupied.
