Let's see:

I'm just going to choose some:

Aladdin: Jafar's transformation into a genie

The Little Mermaid: Part of Your World reprise

The Lion King: Simba and Scar fight

The Emperor's New Grrove: Izma on the jungle; "I hate this jungle..."

The Black Cauldron: When the Horned King appears in front of everyone and they stay silent.

Hercules: " I won't say I'm in love"

Lilo and Stitch; I have two: "I want to buy him! Can I borrow 2 dollars?" and "How good is his hearing?" ; and Stitch turns around.

Phenomenal scene! I was stunned when I first saw it. I instantly fell in love with the song and the movie. Glad to see it appreciated by another member!

As was I, Great scene...

But my favorite all-time disney movie scene ever is the end of The Lion King when simba marches up Pride Rock, w/ the DD 5.1 Enhanced Sountrack and 200-Watt sub, and 50" Grand Wega LCD, it gives me CHILLS :)

hmmmmm the lion king- so many scenes, i was always fond of the simba and nala argument scene on the log- it was really subtle and such a good way to turn the film in a new direction

Brother bear- the scene where kenai's brother is killed, and then the end where he gets transformed again and koda sees his mum- oh man, the music the emotion, *timon impression* "gets me everytime"

Pocahontas- a few! the meeting, the killing of kocoum, the saving of john smith and the good bye:) lol, a bit of a summary of the whole film huh;)

Aladdin- a whole new world, esp. the ending where jasmie filcks his hat and then rests hger head on his shoulder, beautifu;l:)

....Wow! Must be an amazing experience to see that scene with a 50" Grand WEGA LCd and an earth shaking surround sound..

And yeah, I consider that scene one of my all time favorites

I'd say the most powerful scences are affected by their music.

i.e. When Aurora is slowly climbing the stairs to the spindle, the music (an oboe?) adds to the eerie effect.

Also, in A Bug's Life when Flick looks over the cliff into the barren creek bed, the music adds to just how massive, yet small to us, it really is.

Or the chanting in the Wildebeast chase. Wow, moving.

There are many scences that are great, but scenes such as that above include other affects that make them stand out in my mind. It's not just the music either, so don't ignore what actually is happening...

Toy Story 2 - "When She Loved Me" . . . oh jeez . . . gets me every time . . .
Dumbo - Pink Elephants on Parade! Woo!
The Lion King - Rafiki in his tree - "He's alive! He's alive!!!!" It just makes me smile, and the music (as always in that movie) is awesome.
"The names Cruuuuuuush. Emphasis on the U. But you can call me Crush."

"Asante sana, squash banana, wewe nugu, mimi apana!"

Oh man, good call. The spindle lead-in from Sleeping Beauty is amazing.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - Happy ending
Pinocchio - The climax with Monstro the whale
Fantasia - A Night on Bold Mountain
Dumbo - "When I see an elephant fly"
Bambi - Bambi's mum gets shot (that sounds really cruel, but I think it's painfully beautiful)

With the exception of The Three Caballeros, I've not seen any of these package films totally, but I've seen a lot of the material which went in, so bare that in mind

Saludos Amigos - n/a
The Three Caballeros - The train ride
Make Mine Music - "Willy the operatic whale"
Fun and Fancy Free - "Mickey and the Beanstalk"
Melody Time - "Once Upon A Wintertime" (We still have this on a Disney Christmas video)
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad - Sleepy Hollow part

Cinderella - "Bibbodi Bobbodi Boo"
Alice in Wonderland - Flamingo croquet
Peter Pan - "You Can Fly"
Lady and the Tramp - The spaghetti dinner
Sleeping Beauty - The fairies make da dress 8)
101 Dalmatians - "Cruella de Vil"
The Sword in the Stone - The sword gets pulled from the stone (oops, a spoiler! Then again, it was a bit of a giveaway. That cover art...)
The Jungle Book - "That's what friends are for"
The Aristocats - can't think...lame film syndrome kicks in
Robin Hood - Prince John's fortune is told
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh - The Blustery Day
The Rescuers - The leaf boat ride
The Fox and the Hound - "Best of Friends"
The Black Cauldron - The part where the dragons take the pig away
The Great Mouse Detective - haven't seen this in years and don't want to...too creepy
Oliver & Company - "Why Should I Worry"
The Little Mermaid - The opening part where Eric rides his boat through the mist
The Rescuers Down Under - Cody riding Marahute
Beauty and the Beast - Belle says "I love you"
Aladdin - "A Whole New World" tied with every Genie scene
The Lion King - "Circle of Life" prologue
Pocahontas - "Just around the riverbend" boat ride
The Hunchback of Notre Dame - The prologue
Hercules - rented out the tape and I'm gonna watch this again. I'll try to like it...
Mulan - "Reflection"
Tarzan - "Trashin' the camp"
Fantasia 2000 - The interludes of live action
The Emperor's New Groove - The diner scene
Atlantis: The Lost Empire - n/a
Lilo and Stitch - The Hula dance at the start

I'll just list the songs or lines from the films:

Peter Pan - "You Can Fly"
The Rescuers - "Someone's Waiting for You"
Mulan - "Reflection" and "A Girl Worth Fighting For"
Aladdin - "A Friend Like Me", "Prince Ali" and "A Whole New World"
The Little Mermaid - "Part of Your World" (sequence and reprise), "Under the Sea", "Unfortunate Souls" and "Kiss the Girl"
Beauty and the Beast - "Belle", "Be Our Guest", and "Beauty and the Beast"
Pocahontas - "Colors of the Wind"
The Lion King - "Can't Wait to be King", "Be Prepared" and "Hakuna Matata"
Sleeping Beauty - "Once Upon a Dream"
Lilo & Stitch - "How good is his hearing?" (line)
The Hunchback of Notre Dame - "Topsy-Turvy", "Hellfire", and "God Help the Outcasts"

I know this isn't a Disney animated film, a live action/animated combo, but I love most of the songs in "Mary Poppins".

My favorite all time favorite secne is from Aladdin when Aladdin and Jasmine are singing a Whole New World everything about that part gives me chills I love it.

Also now....
the Scene from Mulan where the Huns have invaded the palace and the army is trying to get in and Mulan says she has an idea and the gang of three folow her and dress up as woman and use the same skill they did before they had thier confidence. And then Shangu comes and a repraise of being a man plays thats part is great too. :)

these are some classic scenes, and your signature about Jafar had me cracking up, I always thought they'd make a scary, but...interesting couple.

lets see, mine

Pocahontas: the farwell scene, from when she appears by john smith's streacher, to the end end where they both say goodbye in her language, I bawl like a BABY everytime and the DELETED "If I never knew you" scene, once again, bawl like a baby

Sleeping Beauty: Once Upon a Dream

Cindrella: Dream is a Wish your heart makes/ Bipity Bopity Boo/Dress Transformation

Snow White: I'm Wishing/Someday My Prince Will Come/Kiss

Mulan: Reflections/ "Would you like to stay for dinner""Would you like to stay forever"

Pinchicco: "When you Wish Upon a Star"

thats just a few of them. A lot of them are songs, but thats what makes disney special.

It's odd that nobody mentioned the "West Wing" scene in Beauty and the Beast. What an amazing and memorable scene. Alan Menken's score stands out so much and was composed so perfectly. As Belle searches the West Wing, the score sort of gives you that mysterious feeling that something is going to happen. Then all of a sudden the score gets agrresive as the Beast catches Belle and tells her to "get out!!". Then the score is so moving when the wolves are chasing Belle. I can just keep on saying how much I admired this scene and its animation but I don't want to bore anyone.:P

The little three eyed green alien in Toy Story being chosen in the grab machine.

I wish there was a movie that was all about the three eyed aliens.

John Smith and Pocahontas' first meeting in "Pocahontas." That sequence was animated so beautifully, with the mist, Pocahontas' hair billowing wildly behind her, and her sad expression. I still get the shivers whenever this scene comes up.

I think I will just stick with this one, since if I get started, I may never stop. ^-^;
Wherever. Whatever. Have a nice day.
