The Little Mermaid TV Show on DVD?

Post by Tom in North Carolina »

Anyone else heard the rumor that this great show is headed for DVD in 2005? I read it somewhere on the net, but can't find it now.

Yeah that is a great idea, I wish the TV Show would arrive on DVD but I dought that is happening any time soon. Maby in 2006 when the Platinu Release comes of Little Mermaid, and maby if we are really good they will Release Little Mermaid II Return To The Sea on DVD also.

Chances are, if Gargoyles makes money when the first season comes out, then most likely Disney will consider releasing the show out on DVD, probably a few months after the film gets re-released on DVD in 2006.

I liked the show, but it never really captured the timeless quality of the original film. Most of the original voice cast back was great, but the animation or the songs weren't as good or catchy.
