Something I just thought of while walking home!

* People who put Christmas decorations up too early!

There's a house round the corner with it all up! The Tree, lights the works!

Some people need to get a life!

Some people are TOO festive. This one guy on our block sets up his light like he's trying to recreate OIA.

Its the 'sounds of love' and they are sweet and beautiful. I am sorry no one here can appreciate them.
Yeah, the sounds of love... for the people making it not for anybody else.

If you like those kind of sounds good for you. But I don't think most people feel comfortable or go to sleep with a smile having to hear those sounds while you try to sleep or or to awaken by them.
Please try to be more open to life's experiences they can be very enriching and pleasant. Next time you go to sleep or wake up to the wonderful sound of people in love try to smile and think to yourself that people are loving one another instead of hating because love is what we all need. :)

Well.. then you must hate the Haunted Mansion Holiday... they put their Christmas decorations even before October.

I actually decorated my house like HMH... but sadly I'm not leving them trough Christmas .... my parents wouldnt let me. :x

Oh well... but still my house was so cool on Halloween that trick or treaters stopped by just to see my house even tough we told them there was no more candy. I dressed up as Sandy Claws Jack and my best friend dressed up as Sally. :) It was so cool.

Oh ... back on topic:

People who buy and/or wear Jack Skellington or Nightmare Before Christmas stuff just because they sell it at Hot Topic and don't even like they movie, or worse, haven't even watched it.
To all who come to this happy place, Welcome!!!

Sorry, I've got to bump this, despite Escapay's likely disapproval of it. I've just recently encountered yet another thing that has annoyed me; being disrupted whilst watching films.

Today, my Mary Poppins DVD came, and I sat down to watch it after lunchtime. I was really looking forward to this, as I haven't seen the film all the way through in ages. I was sitting at the computer enjoying it until I was disrupted. Why? My dad needed to borrow some money off me (he couldn't find a £20 for something). I paused the movie and had a look and couldn't find anything. I started to watch the movie again, until my brother asked how to use the oven. Then, on top of that, he asked me to help him with his French homework.

In the end, I just turned off the film. I was so annoyed by all these irritating distractions that I couldn't find myself enjoying the movie as I had lost the film's pace. I could watch the movie from the start again tomorrow, but it wouldn't be so fresh as I got a good way into the movie (up until around A Spoonfull of Sugar).

Blah! :x

When the Academy gives seven nominations to a film like Finding Neverland.

Also, when the Grammys insist on giving major awards to guys that are already dead! It wasn't even the man's best work! Ray Charles will always be a legend, but that album just didn't cut it. Not when you have Kanye West and Green Day in the mix.

By the way, how does Kanye West lose Best New Artist, when he was the only "New Artist" nominee to be nominated in the Album of the Year category? Doesn't that automatically make you the Best New Artist? I like Maroon 5 just as much as anyone, but these things got to stop. India.Arie losing to Alicia Keys in 2001? Alanis Morissette winning Album of the Year in 1995, but losing Best New Artist to Hootie and the Blowfish? Come on people!

I'm a big fan of Green Day and Maroon 5, so I'm a mixed bag of agreement towards what you said. I really would have liked Green Day to win, and I was shocked that the longshot, Ray Charles, won for both Album and Record since the Grammys usually are always for hip-hop or rock exclusively. I was really hoping now that Green Day was back on top, they'd get the Grammys they deserved. Geuss not.

As for New Artist, being nominated for Best Album doesn't get you the award automatically, just like not being nominated for Best Actor doesn't automatically disqualify you from winning Best Picture at the Oscars, as so many believe but were proven wrong last year. I have never heard of Kanye West, so obviously he's not that popular since I'm big into music. Even though Maroon 5's been around since 2002, I figured they'd win.

I can't stand racists, fanatics of any sort, gossip, people that think they know everything, people who ask for your advice but never seem to use it even when they could really use it. Pushy people, people who interrupt me when I am talking, loud mouth people especially when you're in a restaurant or movie theatre, People who misunderstand me a lot, People who won't tell you things upfront but they'll say them behind your back, This is the first cousin of gossip. Panhandlers. Or people who collect donations, If I wanted to I would call them up myself why do they have to call you or come to your door. Telemarketers. Especially when they don't give up. I don't like Too many questions. As someone said earlier people who walk slow, and there's 5 of them and they won't budge. Or when I am grocery shopping and it takes a whole family to buy a package of toilet paper and they're blocking the whole isle so I can't get my cart through. Oh yeah and people who don't make the effort learn English. This is North America my parents had to learn it why can't they.

Religious and Political Fanatics.

Racists.

Homophobics.

Rap Music

George Bush

People who smoke.

People who like Pan and Scan because "those black bars are annoying"

People who talk when watching a movie.

People who don't use common sense, and do things like touch a hot stove or ask when the 3 o'clock parade begins.

Telemarketers.

People who can't finish a sentence without using a swear word.

People who dress slutty when there's nothing to show.

The main thing that annoys me are people who can't be honest with you.

Um...I'm trying to understand your reasoning? How can you compare the Oscars in to the Grammys in this regard? There is NO correlation between Best Actor and Best Picture...so...I don't know what you're saying.

As regards to Best New Artist, if you are the only new artist to get nominated for the top prize, then yes, you should be declared the Best New Artist who made a major impact on the music scene the previous year. That's just using logic and reasoning my friend. Just like genre logic. If you're the only country album nominated for the top prize, you're most likely going to win your sub-category.

Oh, yeah, and Kanye West happens to be one of THE best-sellers of 2004. I guess you don't listen to rap much, and I guess you're not that into music, because rap is currently domination Top-40 Radio.

My formal list:

People who wear sandals with socks. Did you guys blow in from Tackyworld?

Smokers.

Drinkers.

Family.

School.

Cops.

Women who dress slutty- wether they're hot or not. Put some clothes on, for Pete's sake.

People that talk in movies.

People telling me I'm wrong.

Slow ass drivers.

The state of Florida.

Bad movies.

Good trailers to bad movies.

Movies that are PG-13 and have R material (Nutty Professor II, Meet The Fockers, AvP, etc.).

Younger kids who try to act cool and just make you want to hit them.

Older kids who do the same thing.

People that harm animals.

That's So Raven.

Dave the Barbarian.

Survivor.

My mom's tax clients(except for Ken and Erik, who I'm sure none of you know. ;) ).

The fact that I have a lot to bitch about.

Little kids in movie theaters who DON'T SIT STILL.

People who think that everyone's opinion is the same as theirs.

Most anime.

and finally:

GEORGE W. BUSH.

No, that doesn't nessasarily gaurantee you top prize. Obviously, the Grammys don't think so either. ;)

If Kanye West is a rapper, that's probably why I've never heard of him, since I'd rather shove a nail through my hand than listen to rap. Did you know the 'C' in rap is silent? ;)
