Fix the first 7 for sure.

Not sure what this is, but if it's not something you recognize, fix it:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {B9D6B3C2-09AD-464A-8162-8C55114C808A} - C:\Documents and Settings\qt\Desktop\Warwick's Documents\AV VCS 3.0\Vcs3RT.dll (file missing)

I'm not sure about these, but if you can recognize what they are, maybe you can figure out what needs to go. None of these are essential for your computer running, I don't think.

Not much help, I'm sure. But definitely choose to repair the first 7. Then what you'll have to do is use Spybot Search & Destroy and/or Ad-Aware to get rid of that Cool Search and make sure it doesn't return.

Is there anything else bad in there? Or is it all gone?

Run a scan with Ad-Aware SE personal, and with Spybot Search & Destroy. Both are free, and should get rid of the coolweb search. Spybot will also immunize IE so that many bad files can't get through.
